Bit expensive for what they offer to be honest.
I usually get the mango chicken and bbq pork when I go there. However multiple times I've gotten the pork only to taste the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth. I don't know if they dropped some chemicals used for cleaning in a batch by accident or something else. But it's happened on separate occasions, completely different dates.
Maybe this never happens and the only two times it's happened, it's happened to me, but whatever, I'll only dock a star for that.
Edit: Months later and it's happened again. Really? 3 times? Surely I can't be the only one it's happened to then. I mean this is pretty unacceptable.
Edit once more: They replied saying my taste buds are damaged. Lmao, I try to be lenient with these reviews and, until now, I still gave them 2 stars but, nah, 1. There are some bad reviews of locations on Google maps with some funny, justified responses from owners, but I've given my honest experience, reviewed them in a fair manner and they responded rudely.
Anyways, the last time I ordered from them, I found what was horrible tasting, put it in the freezer, and considered bringing it up with them personally, but never got around to it. But since they want to act immature, I'll share it with the internet. I ordered BBQ pork, chicken and rice. It looks a little like meat but, again, it tastes like cleaning chemicals and has the consistency of cardboard. It's absolutely disgusting. But oh right, I must have damaged taste buds? No, learn how to make food. Even if this wasn't an issue, the food is just mediocre, and I'm not one to complain about this...
Read moreI know this is only mall food, but I am sick of it. Not sure who runs this place or who is in charge of quality standards but they should all be fired. I ordered a side dish of Pad Thai, made to order. It came out as all pure white noodles with nothing in it?? Just an oil sugary seasoning and minute traces of something green and shredded? For 4 buck? It was nothing, worth $1.50 tops. So I refused it and opted for one entree selection and choice of Fried rice or Noodles for a $1.00 more These were equally bad. Fried rice with nothing in it, not even enough S&P & Soy?? At a minimum it should be seasoned correctly with adequate Soy, plus shredded carrots and garlic, ginger, egg and scallions. This is the basics
The noodles were the same? Nothing in it, just a little soy and some sweet sauce. This also should have basic ingredients like a basic bok choy, garlic, siracha, carrots, red peper and maybe scallions for a very basic dish.
The chicken served was a lousy, fatty thigh meat with twice the crust and and very sweet and chewy. It seems like all these places do is to find cheaper and cheaper ways of taking shortcuts and cheapening food. We all know what decent Asian food is, and like me you would rather pay a buck or two for some basically well prepared and good tasting food with a little integrity!
Please improve or move on so someone with a little pride in their work can take...
Read moreFood is how you would imagine from a food court place. Not authentic Thai food however. Service is extremely rude and pushy. My husband was ordering a combo 3 which comes with 3 items with rice or noodles. He asked for a sample of each of the meats he was thinking of ordering (mango chicken, bourbon chicken) he also asked to sample the black pepper chicken which would have been the last of the meats in his combo but the lady making his plate said “you cannot sample everything... there is a line”. He ended up just getting a combo 2 plate instead but honestly if it were me, I would have just walked...
