I was craving pizza so we decided to give Frankie’s in North Bend a try. I looked at the photos to see the quality of the food. But when my fiancé brought the pizza home it was not the same quality as they presented. The cheese is very low quality. It’s the waxy cheese the fake not melty cheese. I swear our frozen totinos cheese melts better. The other ingredients taste fine. The dough is good.

Is Frankie's the best pizza ever? No, but for the price you pay, they're 1000% worth it. The marinara for the styx was fantastic, as were the cinnamon styx and dip. I also appreciated the wide range of specialty options, making the order process fun and exciting, especially when combined with their BOGO 50% deal! We'll definitely be back whenever we want to support our local pizza joints

We love Frankie's Pizza. They are our go to. It's not a place to eat in. They have a website to order delivery or go in and meet their friendly staff. Frankie's is top notch!

Being a longtime customer I feel like the rewards program that is offered for my purchases are unfair and I will likely not order as often from this business going forward.

Each time I order online I recieve points for my order. Once those points reach a certain total, I am given a discount towards a future purchase.

An email code is sent to you once you earn the reward and I apparently must use it quickly, otherwise I lose it, as when I just tried to redeem my code, it indicated it has expired. Mind you, no where in my email do I see that it has an expiration date on the enail.

I dont think there should be such a short time limit on redemption of this earned reward, or the discount should apply when I earn it.

When I called about this, I was transferred to a manager who told me they have no control of this program and that I would need to go online to provide feedback via the contact section.

I do not understand how you can offer a rewards program but have no control over it.

After completing my order I noticed the address had accidentally auto filled a section for a cross street with information for another address of mine, so I called to tell them to ignore the cross street information and only use the actual address listed in the upper address section.

I made sure to specify which address should be used, but somehow my pizza ended up at the wrong address. When I got the call from my mother informing me my pizza was at her house I called the store back.

My order was comped and future credit was also extended but as this is not the first time my order has been delivered to the wrong location (address error did not happen in previous delivery mistakes) I am unsure that I want to continue doing...

One of the two best pizza chains in WA state, their pizza is wholly unique and always delicious. I've never had a bad pizza nor poor service in over 2 decades of dining. Move out of state, come back on a vacation, same place and same quality.

They'll never let you down nor waste your money, great recipes. Perfect sauce, sweeter than most but not too much nor in anyway not perfect, their cheese and dough are remarkable as well.

If you're visiting WA state, drive here and get a pie, it's worth a commute 5x what it takes to get here from the airport or city.

Pizza perfection!

My wife and I dropped in while on vacation. Didn't know it was just a take-out location, but we were already there so we decided to eat at a picnic table in the lot across the street.

We enjoyed the Mild Italian 14" Pizza, and I mean it. The sauce was sweet, the ingredients were flavorful, no burnt crust, all the things you want.

What knocked this from just "very good" to "Excellent" was the person who helped us at the counter. He was patient and even let us use the employee restroom in the back. Overall, you would be doing yourself a disservice to not give these...
