When did it become okay for Taco Bell to refuse hot sauce with my order? I just ordered from the drive through and requested lots of hot sauce to only find three in the bag for two nacho orders. When I asked for more I was told “we only give two per order” by the drive through CSR then I said I would buy them but they don’t have a way to charge for them.
I asked for the manager who said they only give out one hot sauce per item. So which is it, one or two packets of hot sauce per item?
When did this become the rule at Taco Bell?
So, I just went into the lobby and grabbed what I wanted from the condiment bar.
I should have grabbed napkins too because those were not in my bag either.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
Does management receive a bonus for having the most packets at the end of each quarter?
Is Taco Bell struggling to stay open in North Bend Oregon?
I suggest that if you are going to limit your customers to one or two, depending on who you speak to, packets of hot sauce, then at least give them the option of buying more.

Read moreOn a Highway 101 magical mystery tour, I finally tried the North Bend 'Taco Bell'. This store seemed to really have it together. First off, they are located in a convenient location, unlike the Coos Bay fender bender concrete peninsula location. The NB store had friendly people that accepted my hard earned cash, instead of making me swipe plastic at a kiosk. Should I ever become Amish, I will take my horse drawn buggy through your drive through. Ultimately this store carries the cherished and cult followed 'Chili Cheese Burrito' and even makes it to perfection. Yes!!! Thank you NB Taco Bell for offering the 1990's 'Chilito' to us!!! The employees at this store were very personable and enjoyable to interact with. This is the best Taco Bell on my roadtrip,...
Read moreI arrived at 8:45pm on Friday 6/17/22. I was staying at the Quality in across the same parking lot. Their doors were locked so I called and was told they had closed the lobby early and they didn't "recommend" using the drive thru, on foot. Then the manager hung up on me. I waited in line and a server greeted me over the intercom but refused to take my order. Manager came on the line and reinforced that they would not serve me. They would not even meet me at the door. This is disgusting. I can understand being professionally obligated to uphold a rule, but they treated me with blatant disrespect and I hope at least one customer will read this and choose not to dine here. That said ... Sr&w you, TB. I ordered from Door Dash, and...
