I usually absolutely love this place. The cakes are delicious and not overly sweet. I would give this place 5 stars, but due to my last experience, I’m going to have to give them 3 stars. Because I love this place so much, I decided to buy a good friend his birthday cake from here as a surprise. I ordered the cake with a few days of anticipation and When I called, I told them to write down “Happy birthday (friend’s name)”. I even repeated the name twice and spelled it out and they confirmed they got it and even then I confirmed the entire order as well as the name. When I came to pick up the cake, I received it and saw that on top of the box is this little “happy birthday” sign. I ask the person at the counter why that’s there since I asked for the persons name to be written along with happy birthday. The person then said that they are not able to write anything on the cake. So had I not even asked, I would have arrived with a generic cake and not even realized until I got to the place. I was already in a hurry to go to the surprise party but it’s disappointing that I ordered this cake with anticipation and I will arrive with a cake that doesn’t even say the persons name on it PLUS I ordered it a few days before. I hope the people at the counter have better communication with...

This place sells amazing products!...that is if you can get a hold of them. I've been coming to this bakery since they opened in 2015. Sadly, the last few years the service is terrible, depending on who is working is whether or not they know how to make certain drinks. Certain flavors are literally never available despite them being on the menu. For example, any time my kids want a cookies and cream boba they don't have it "for right now". We literally now ask for it as a joke just to see what excuse for that visit will be. It's been over a year and we have yet to be able to get one. If you ask what is in something, the attendants or may not know either. You can basically get your hands on anything pre-made that you see within the cases otherwise its playing roulette. You're also guaranteed to not get any drinks whatsoever if you show up within an hour of closing. This is my third time being told drinks are currently unavailable despite showing up with well over an hour before closing. Sam, your bakery has so much potential but the lack of consistency is ridiculous. These issues started pre-pandemic too so using Covid as an excuse is irrelevant. I gave 2 stars simply because the food products they sell are actually really good but again...

every time I come to this place I have a good experience. but i am gonna give them only 2 stars not because their product is not good. No, there cakes are delicious but because the customer service experience was TERRIBLE with this colombian girl. I try to explain to her if they could make me a cake in a certain way for my daughter but she decided not to listen. Very rude she said "NO WE CAN NOT DO IT". I asked her if I could talk to the guy that makes the cakes instead she called someone in the office and did not even explain what i want it . so to the owner please give this girl a little bit more training on the customer service...
