The guy at the drive through and the lady making the sandwiches were nice BUT the two managers were terrible and I had a coupon I activated and apparently didn't go through, they wasted my time by making me come inside after driving through the drive thru to resolve my issue. Thr issue wasn't resolved and the only thing I got was my time wasted and an overage to my bank account because the coupon (on the DD app)wasn't applied. I also called corporate since the issue and I keep calling back every few days ,they keep telling me the complaint was escalated and someone would reach out to me in 24 to 72hours, and that hasn't happened yet.
Update as of TODAY, DECEBER 5TH, 2021: The most horrible management team that I've ever encountered, I can provide the screen shot of the coupon aka offer that was activated on the dunkin doughnuts application. I purchased a large cocoa mocha signature iced latte, and a breakfast sandwich that I was supposed to recieve for free after paying for the large drink, after swiping my card (The drive through server, knowing the offer didn't go through) the drive through person swiped it anyway for the full amount of the drink AND SANDWICH after I specifically said NOT TO, the manager came to the window after seeing the was an issue, I was given an eye roll and told to come inside to fix the problem, I went inside and was forced to wait for no less than 15 minutes. The nice lady making the sandwiches even tapped the manager (Dina) on the shoulder to let her know I have been standing there, she gave the lady a shoulder shrug and a nasty look and headed to the back of the store. She then finally gave me a minute of her precious time to tell me that basically to deal with it and then had another lady manager come over to the counter as well and they were then BOTH BICKERING with me and said there was nothing that they could do. Useless, 💯 , and then by the time I left my sandwich was COLD AND HARD, AND TO THIS DAY THEY HAVENT HAD THE RESPECT TO REACH OUT TO ME AFTER I HAVE CALLED CORPORATE SINCE IT HAPPENED ON...
Read moreI don’t know who the young guy is but 3 times already he lies and says “we don’t have that” and every time my order comes out screwed up. I think he is lazy and doesn’t bother checking for things. I literally saw a tray of fresh strawberry donuts made behind him , I asked for 1 and he says they ran out. I’m like umm it’s behind you. He’s like “oh oh my baddd”. Regarding the 5$ meal deal he can never substitute my cheese the other Dunkin had no issue doing it. Lies about the Apple pie being discontinued…. I literally drove up the block to another Dunkin and Ofcourse lo and behold they HAD it. If I find his name I’ll edit the review. I just moved nearby it’s a shame this is my home dunkin now….I will drive a few min more to go to my old one. Please reinforce your employees this guy doesn’t care. Read moreThis particular dunkin' will not honor T-mobile Tuesdays $2 dunkin' cards! He (presumably the owner) told be that at his location they will not accept more than 1 dunkin' card per transaction! Then he proceeded to not return the qr codes (which would happen if he voided the transacting like I asked him to!) So Never had a problem at other dunkin's! Would STAY AWAY unless you're into getting jipped! P.s. have a family plan with t-mobile and that's why I have multiple T-mobile Tuesdays...
