Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Bergen

Am giving them a 4 start because of the location and THE LADIES PREPARING THE FOOD AND DRINKS ONLY. If my rating was based on the service from the girl taking the orders (who was the tallest one of them, possibly the youngest), i would give it a 2 (being generous. The girl looked annoyed, made faces (thought noone was looking), didn't greed people or answer to them when they said good morning as they approached her. I worked in customer service so I understand she might have had one of those not so pleasant customers before 9am. however, she is in customer service and needs to move passed those unpleasant ones. I enjoy coming to this Dunkin but the only issue I have with it is how rude the employees can be. Never had a problem with my order or anything like that, just the staff who appear to be rude most of the time. The environment can get stressful when it's busy --I understand that, but there's no need to give customers any attitude. One employee rolled her eyes before giving me my drink because my drink was not done the way I had asked. Today, one employee gave my friend an attitude just because of a simple question. Just bought a coffee colatta (medium) listed at $3.99. when I looked at my receipt, I had been charged $4.29 + $ 0.29 tax. When I asked why was there a difference between the list price and the price I was charged, I was told that it was the tax. Problem is the tax is listed separately. The clerk then went in the back to ask the manager about it. Came back (7 MINUTES LATER) and Sid the manager would have to explain. 5 MINUTES LATER and the manager still had not shown up.
