Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

This dominos location is prejudice, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Not only did the night shift manger “Jen” ( I put a Jen in quotation because the person was hesitant to giver there name as the reporting manger, when they finally did Jen was the name they gave) lie about when the food would be prepared and out for delivery but the manger made claims that after the food sat out for 30-40 mins the food would still be “hot” once delivered.

I waited for a total of an 1 and 30 mins for food I was told would be prepared and delivered within 40mins max. When I called for an update Jen was rude, cut me off several times mid sentence and was completely inconsiderate of my time. When I requested for the food to either be remade for the wait or refunded the manger Jen became enraged and hung up.

I called back and the manger told me my order would be refunded at 12:00pm (I placed the other at 10:30pm). The store at this location closes at 1:00– there aren’t an array of restaurants open this late so it was upsetting to me that I was forced to spend even more money at another location. Because the manger was lazy, inconsiderate and prejudice. This is my fifth bad experience at this location. The staff is a reflection of the manger and the mangers are a reflection of the owner and operator. I will never spend another dime at this location and I will urge all that will listen to spend a penny at the disgraced establishment. There has been several occasion where the owner/operator was made none of the poor customer service, indecent demeanor and nasty attitudes displayed by their staff and management especially at night and the operator has done nothing to rectify or amend anything.

I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and I pray those that are running into the same issue follow suit.

I wish each issue that would arise with the management or staff at this location I documented with the attorney generals office sooner. If the staff members or management at these establishment do not respect you as a customer while running a business in your neighborhood they do not deserve to be...

On January 12th 2024 I called and order 3 pizzas and some Parm Bites. I had stopped ordering from this store. My last order had been so long ago I can't remember when it was at all. I think it was at least over a year ago. Then my sister stayed over Christmas weekend and her kids really wanted to try Domino's. The only reason I did order from this store tonight was because the weekend of Christmas 2023 I order over $60.00 worth of food. Christmas weekend the food was hot and delivered in a timely manner. However, tonight I order about 6:31 pm and at 8:34 pm I still had not recieved my delivery. I was told when I called it could take up to an hour to recieve. My pizza was made with in 15 minutes of my orignal call of 6:31 PM. When you call they dont acknowledge you just place you on hold. At about 8:34 PM I was told it would be another 25 to 30 minutes. No Joke!! Then I called back again, again I was not acknowledged and placed on hold. I informed them that we were going to pick it up. My pizza basically sat there for more than 2 hours made. At 8:45 PM When my husband arrived to pick up the pizza there was approximately 9 employees standing around literally standing around and my husband believed one was a driver. At 8:34 PM when we originally called and asked were our 2 hour plus pizza was we were told they were short handed. I live about 2 miles from Dominos. The pizzas were barely warm and certainly far from fresh. You spend $40 plus for dinner and it is not even worth it. I would have been better off with Walmart refrigeratored pizza's at far less money. My order number was 3661 and Jen was supervising. However, what is the point of speaking to a supervisor that knows orders are NOT being made fresh and the employees are standing around. The whole thing just ruins your dinner. If their own supervisor watches and is obviously approving then what hope is there. This location probably makes plenty of money. There isn't a bunch of places that deliver at this exit. Maybe one day Dominos may care about their customers. Look at the reviews Domino's at...

Usually we pick up our pizza from this location and have had no issues in the past. However, we occasionally have the pizza delivered and the last two occasions have been a major letdown. Probably about a month ago, I waited over 40 minutes from when the status of my pizza said it had been checked and yet it still was not out for delivery. I called the store and was immediately placed on hold. Miraculously the order showed it was then out for delivery. The pizza was delivered and was warm, but not hot and the driver informed me that several people called out that day. So one time, I understood. Tonight, I placed an order and it was checked for quality 30 minutes before it showed it was out for delivery. I live less than 5 minutes from the store. So I understand waiting for the pizza to cook and waiting a short time for a driver to get back to deliver the pizza. However, waiting over an hour from the time an order was placed and the time it is delivered (warm/not hot) is just not acceptable to me. In addition, I ordered chicken wings as well that is supposed to come with BBQ sauce, however this time it did not come with the sauce. I hope this location can turn this around and find enough drivers to make this situation a rarity instead...
