Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

Been ordering here for 10+ years. Not sure what has happened. Recent 4 orders for pizza delivery were not correct. The first time it happened I was told to just give my phone # on our next order and they would give us a free one to honor their simple mistake. Ok, agreed. No worries... Except I keep forgetting to mention it the past few orders (we always order online... It doesn't have that option) Like I said, I'm not sure what has happened... My family loves Domino's! Which is why I couldn't give it just one star. Unfortunately, the past few deliveries haven't been correct, smooshed in the Box with toppings off and extremely late. One particular delivery guy was obviously miserable. I try to lighten their mood and tip well. I know this is a tourist town so I typically shrug It Off and choose not to complain. Until today. I CALLED to order a large order for delivery plus that one messed up free pizza. I personally feel I was treated as if I was trying to get something for nothing. I tried to explain myself. No matter how they looked it up ...multiple addresses and phone numbers, names.... still nothing. He actually told me, next time something like this happens, speak to a manager so they can log it into the system. I did. I wrote the Managers name down on my receipt. So when I find that receipt MAYBE I'll call back and try once more?? I'm embarrassed thinking how often we actually order from OIB Domino's. Its bazar they forgot us. We live here... not tourists. It's only been 2 weeks since our last order because we were out of town. What's even funnier is they delivered 8-10 pizzas one night we didn't even order. Little guy was at the wrong address. I'm concerned about the management here. Oh well, I see online that I have a free pizza to be redeemed for my points. Geez! Nope they'll be no next time. I personally do not like Papa John's. If I could review the service below one I would. My cheese marinara showed up as if they had barely dumped any marinara. The cheese was burnt onto the bottom. Dominos is normally my favorite but this store is tragic. When I called the manager picked up and I asked her why it was like that and she said it’s the typical portion… and that she’s worked there for YEARS!?! I’ve ordered dominos so many times and it’s never come like burnt cheese on the bottom of an aluminum pan? Can anyone tell me if that’s how disgusting it’s normally served in this area?! She said she’s been there for 2 years so maybe that’s why everyone I ask here says don’t order dominos in this area but it’s crazy because when I called to complain and ask why it arrived this way, she hung up on me and I’m sure she’ll have her own weird version of events in the comments just like she had her own weird comments about how my burnt cheese filling up a quarter inch of the pan on the order I got was “normal” but you shouldn’t be a manager if you can’t talk to someone calmly asking you why their order of cheese marinara is just cheese almost burnt to the bottom with barely any marinara. I have not been so angry and shocked at a business in a long while. I started my order at 7:55 pm this evening. It is now 10:38pm. I just wanted to buy wings!! They got here about 40 mins later skin not cooked and fatty! I called back and talked with SUMMER who said she was the MANAGER!! Told her about the wings and that we could not eat them. She said " the CHICKEN MUST HAVE BEEN FATTY" !!! What??? So after me asking what we were to do about the 38 plus change money I had just spent she HUNG UP ON ME!!! I called back. Wouldnt give her last name. Wouldnt give me a reg ofc phone number! She finally said she wouldnt give money or a credit to me but would send out another order of COOKED wings! We waited over an hour. I finally had to call back AGAIN...just to find out from someone named Haley or Hailey that Summer was an Assistant Mgr and was off for the night and that orders were left to just bring us back our money. An hour later or more we are still WAITING!! Now nothing to eat and no money!!! and I mean NEVER will I ever order from this place again!! Also found out the place that answers is overseas!! I'm sorry but again...WHAT???!!??? It's too late to eat now and I'm still out 40 bucks! If that's the best Dominos can do...I AM DONE EXCEPT FOR GETTING MY MONEY BACK!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER...
