Tammy: 5 stars! Domino’s: 0 stars!
Tammy was absolutely amazing. I had to go in to order 8 pizzas yesterday (July 24) because no one was picking up the phones. When I got there at 4:30pm, she was the only person working. She had tons of tickets on the board and was handling drive through at the same time. I was there for 45 minutes and not a single employee came into help, she was truly there alone.
A delivery driver did stop in and she was doing absolutely nothing and just watching Tammy do everything alone. Tammy asked her to answer the phone (after it had been ringing non stop next to her) and she finally did. It was someone looking for a job and this delivery driver had the worst attitude saying “now’s not a good time” and “I literally just said now’s not a good time” and proceeds to hang up on this person.
I don’t think there’s any excuse for a manager to leave someone alone at the start of dinner time. The delivery driver mentioned that the general manager left Tammy alone to drive all the way to Leland to pick up another delivery driver that didn’t have a ride. The GM supposedly said he needed another driver. You need another driver for the orders that aren’t going to get done with Tammy is completely alone? The general manager should be ashamed and so should corporate. He had the audacity to come in as Tammy was finishing up my pizzas and answer the phone like he was annoyed it was ringing and she hadn’t answered it?

Read moreCalled to use a gift certificate for a free pizza that includes free delivery that my work provided me with, myself along with the entire company have used these certificates a numerous amount of times without a single issue. When I use them I always call this Dominos however this time a boy named Adam answered the phone and was rude from the start, he didn’t seem to comprehend what “gift certificate for a free pizza” meant.... he shockingly asked me twice “well what’s the certificate for”... I said “umm... as I stated three times it’s for a free pizza” I mean what else could it possibly be for lol how hard is it to grasp the idea of a free pizza! So after about 5 minutes of going back and forth he finally put me on hold then agreed to accept the certificate. I order one thin crust bbq chicken pizza and he stopped me mid sentence and said “well that’s a specialty pizza it doesn’t cover that” mind you I’ve been using these for a very long time and get bbq chicken EVERY single time without issue. This boy was simply determined to deny us pizza (what evil soul would deny someone pizza... seriously!!) so long story short we went to the Gordon road dominos and they were fantastic and I just got done eating their free thin crust bbq pizza :) I hope Mr. Adam gets denied pizza when he’s craving it really bad.. maybe then he’ll understand how awful that is to do to someone!! Read moreWish I could give it a negative rating. This is the third time in a row that I order from this location and it’s taken over an hour for delivery and the order is not accurate either. When you call, not only you wait over 15 mins but then after the wait, you get hung up on. 🤬. If they cannot deliver, they should not accept orders for delivery.
I’m addition, the customer service is something else to be desired as well. I drove to the store after cancelling the order, to find out that the driver has not even left the store, after the persons in the store said that he was on his way. I approached the driver (John) and mentioned that I was told he was on his way, and he responded with a very nasty attitude as well. I will never order from domino’s ever again. Even though I have 4 free pizzas. The people at this establishment should all be fired and replaced by people who know how to run a business. I would definitely fire them on the spot, if I ever saw a review with bad customer service. They are lucky they do t work for me.
Your corporate office as well as the franchise owner should definitely have to take a look at the practices in this store. I am not the only person who has had problems at this store. Now let’s see if the franchise owner or corporate office even bothers to reply and commence investigating the issues at this store and even contact me.
