I tried to use this place twice for catering and both times, they told me they were not able to handle a pre-order of snadwiches by calling in to have them ready. However, they told me to come in and I could order at the counter. What Business sense does this make?!? I am letting you know ahead of time that you can make the sandwiches at your leisure, but you would rather me come in and hold up your lunch line to make everything and make your waiting lunch customers wait!
The owner was rude and shows no empathy for his customers as he ended up charging me for the order ahead of time, but then called back to say he couldn't do it. Still charged the card. Try to get these people on the phone, NOT HAPPENING! They don't answer so you have to go there to get what you need.
Go to Subway, the staff is much friendly at all locations in Denver and the food is better anyway. Also, sent an email to Jersy Mikes VP at Corporate to advise of the poor service and never got a response back. Guess this is how they much they care about their Brand. ...
Read moreI do not usually do this but I had to let people know that there is a woman who works at this location who is so rude and unfriendly. I went in to get a sandwich at 11:15 this morning. Three people walked in the store in front of me and they were standing back from the ordering area looking at the menu and deciding what to get. As they were not at the front of the line I passed them and went straight to order my sandwich. She asked if I was with them and I said no. She looked at them and then back at me with what seemed like a death stare. They said go ahead we don’t know what we want. She had a look on her face like she was ready to fight me. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I thought it was just me but as I have read several other reviews of this location it seems that this unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional employee has numerous complaints. Read moreTHEY LIKE TO ADD EXTRA CHARGES ON CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS WITHOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS KNOWING. I had an experience there I wanted to share. I went there, ate, paid and everything was fine. Except a couple of weeks later I noticed they had charged an extra dollar to my account than what I had on my receipt. That was no big deal - I understand accidents happen. But then IT HAPPENED AGAIN a couple of months later. This time I went back and complained to the manager. He apologized and gave me my dollar back. But it wasn't about the dollar. It was the fact that his restaurant seems to make it a habit to charge more than the price on the menu. Thats called STEALING. And he didn't seem too worried about it.
