This was my first order from Marco's. I'm gonna start by saying that the online ordering experience was very easy and fast. I ordered 3 items for delivery. The estimated delivery time was reasonable. My order was delivered on time. This is where things go downhill. Upon getting my order and going inside my home, I discovered that one item was missing. I checked my receipt and saw that I was charged for it and that the receipt said that 2 of 3 items were delivered. Thinking that maybe the driver would be bringing my missing item back, I waited an hour before calling the restaurant. When I called I was transferred to the manager. The manager told me that she cannot send my item "back out" and she would give me a credit. First, "back out" would imply that it was sent out in the first place......which it wasn't. Second, a credit isn't the same as covering the charge to my credit card for an item that I never received. So, I'm out over $30 for a tip and two food items. I would suggest skipping delivery as the policy seems to be "charge but no refunds". Pick-up would be the best bet here. Since the quality of the food that I did receive was good, I probably will order again....
Read moreI order from here at least 2x month. The delivery driver shoved the pizza into my husband and told him to come get the pizza himself the next time. .My husband said What? He said $1.90 really and called my husband an A-hole. He proceeded to tell him call the store if he wants, that he didn't care. My husband had no idea what was going on, it was me who ordered online. The fact that we are automatically charged $5 for delivery and 5 minutes from the store, I only added 1.90 which was 10%. It was 1 pizza. When I go to restaurants who automatically add the 20% gratuity, I only add additional if the service is exceptional. The pizza was returned and refund issued. The audacity of the driver is beyond me when the pizza is subpar at best to begin with. The store is independently owned & it's a shame that poor attitudes of employees will be their downfall. Read moreWe ordered online curbside pickup. We called when parked which is what they said to do. Girl answering the phone checked on our pizzas and came back and said they were ready, then hung up. I waited a few minutes for them to bring them out. Then the lady parked next to me carried her pizzas out and said she heard my conversation on the phone when inside. She said, "they won't bring them out and have to go inside." So I went in to pickup my "curbside delivery." When I mentioned the curbside pickup to the cashier, she said "I check with my co-worker and they said I couldn't bring it out." I was parked in front of the door I don't have a problem going inside to pick up my order, but my recommendation is if you are not going to honor the advertised curbside pickup, then take it off the website. I had already included a tip because I thought that it would help those taking the time to bring out the food.
