Ordered $100 worth of food for a birthday party; 24 tacos and a large bag of chips with salsa, guacamole and queso. Admittedly ordered through Uber eats. Uber driver showed up 1.5 hours late (not Salsaritas fault) and only had tacos. Called Salsaritas Denver, NC who were quick to point the finger at Uber Eats. Unfortunately, Uber only picks up what you give them! YOU didnāt complete the order, not Uber.
When I called to ask for a refund, I was told it was Uber Eats issue and needed to file a complaint with them! Iām sorry, who didnāt fill the order correctly? The excuse for not giving a refund was that the order was processed through a third-party. OK, if thatās the case then why didnāt you offer a store credit, or offered to have us come in and refund it on the card that we used to pay for the order. You were able to pull up the receipt and see the transaction.....could have figured out how to give a $30 refund to pay for the large bag of chips. (Waaaaay over priced by the way).
Iāve been told that this particular store is notorious for not filling orders correctly. If you eat here, make sure you check your order before you leave or youāll be in the same situation paying for something you didnāt receive.

The restaurant didnāt include any of the combo items in the togo bag, and it was clearly on the receipt. When my husband realized when he got home he called the store. The employee who answered put us on hold for the Manager to take care of it, no problem. The manager answered the phone and offered a refund or to come back to the store, ok that works. We opted for a refund on the missed items. My husband gave the card information basically twice to the manager and was told something was wrong with the phone. Then something was wrong with the computer. The manager wanted to write my card information down and call me back went it went through. Sorry. If you canāt get the order right or correctly take the information over the phone I really donāt trust you to deal with my credit card information floating around the restaurant on a slip of paper.
