Starbucks — Restaurant in North Carolina

I cannot say enough good things about this location.

I am less than 5 minutes from the Denver Starbucks. I place an order practically every morning (most mornings that I work). This staff is incredibly kind, my order is ALWAYS ready when I get there.

And let me just shout them out a little more, yesterday when the madness with Microsoft happened, they took it like champs! When I got in after placing my mobile order, I knew something had to be up because my order wasn’t in its usual spot. They calmly explained what was happening got our orders and made sure to get each person as they came in. My order is sometimes a little ‘Boujee’ my husband would say, so to make things easier I try to place via mobile to give time to make it. Let me tell you, my drink was perfect! Exactly what I wanted.

I go to this Starbucks a lot, and never have had a bad experience until today… I went through the drive through around 6:45 this morning, I was the only car at the time before one other that came, so it was not super busy. My drink is fine, but my food is freezing cold. I normally wouldn’t say anything but it’s a croissant with ham in it, and I’m sure that’s not super safe to be giving someone cold. If they were super busy i probably wouldn’t say anything because I’d understand it being overlooked, but there were very few people there. Not to mention, like most people, I’m headed to work so I did plan on eating on the way to work but did not feel comfortable...

I love that Denver now has a Starbucks, but it’s not what it should be. One of the great things about chain stores is consistency, If I a drink today, tomorrow, the next town over or two states away it will be the same. That is not the case here you can order several of the same drinks at the same time one may taste correct, one may taste like plan coffee and the other may be very strong. It’s very aggravating that I can’t trust that everything will taste as I have came to expect from the brand. I suggest tasting your drink before...
