Subway — Restaurant in North Carolina

The last 2 orders from this Subway I did online and they were horrible. The first time I got a Subway club drowning in Mayo with hardly any oil and vinegar. The bread was also very hard and really not edible (did not order toasted). Very little tomato and I asked for extra. The second online order, I asked for a Meatball sub with EXTRA sauce and EXTRA meatballs and instead I got a sub with NO extra meatballs and NO sauce at all, except for the tiny bit on the meatballs (you couldn't see it or taste it at all)! The bread was also very hard and dry (I had to throw away most of the bread). There used to be a guy that worked at this location and the subs he made were always great! Now that the two women are working there the quality has gone down to 0. Their service is rude (I have gone in for subs several times while they have been there as well), they don't seem to care about their customers and they don't seem to understand you when you ask them about something for your sub.

If I could give this place less than 0 stars I would. My family and I ate from here a lot in the past, but we will never eat here again because of the extremely poor quality and lack of customer service. With places like this, no wonder Subway is going bankrupt! Don't waste your money here, go...

Just save your time and money and stay away from this location. Unfortunately this location is right around the corner from my house. I went there and grabbed a sub for dinner. I got home and realized the bread was hard as a rock. It just gets under my skin that you would serve this to someone to eat. This isn't the only time I've had a bad experience with this location. But I will never go back into this restaurant. The employees obviously do not care what they are doing or what they are serving to you. I have always wondered why I've never seen...

Horrible. Cuts bread, instead of putting other half back in the bread cabinet they set it on the metal to the side to be served later. Steak n cheese 6 in. had more bread than meat, lettuce tomato. She filled wrong cookies. Put the cookies back in cook cabinet got correct cookies. I told her i didn't want the steak and cheese (i wasnt paying that price for bread), she took tomatos off the sandwich and put then back on bar. We canceled the entire order.
