Wholly Guacamole Mexican Grille — Restaurant in North Carolina

First of all I gave this a 1 star because that was the lowest I could do. This was my first time eating at this restaurant so I ask ROBERT the manager what he would suggest he said chicken quesadilla so I ordered that and ask him to add guacamole. I paid around 15.00 I was almost home when I looked in the bag and discovered he had only given me guacamole appetizers. Literally the only reason I waited so long to look is because he recommended it so NATURALLY I thought it would be correct. I live about 45 minutes away so I called and spoke with ROBERT the manager he would not except responsibility whatsoever so my mom could see I was getting nowhere because he not except responsibility. He told my mom FLAT OUT she only wanted FREE FOOD she told him how offended she was and instead of him apologizing he went on to say that his friends go to Chilli's all the time and get free that way (way to go throwing you friends under the bus ROBERT) still did not say sorry. To you Fernando(GM) your manager admitted that he know his friends get free food fraudulently and it okay with also it was my first time there so you lost a repeat customer because of ROBERT...

We frequently dine at this restaurant. The restaurant has recently hired many new/young staff members. We feel like the customer service is lacking. We had no napkins, we had to flag a waiter down to request items including food. At the end a young lady came to the table and said are you finished. My husband said what happened to the boy who waited on us? She said he went home. That answers why we were for gotten. The manger was setting at the entrance on the left side like you were exiting playing on his his phone and slightly look up as we exited. Done with the restaurant for awhile!

I want to say that the gift card you gave me was not necessary. I was not wanting something for free. We appppreciate your kindness. Ordered through door dash and they gave the driver the wrong order. We called the store and they all but denied that they had done anything wrong. We were given a number to call for a manager but she didn't answer when we called. The girl at the store said to come back up there and they would remake our food. When I got there, I gave them the wrong food that had been sent to us and I was handed a cell phone to talk to a "manager" who proceeded to tell me that they had not remade my food because Door dash had refunded our money. The problem is that they didn't refund our money; they refunded the money for the wrong order that they sent out. Our order was $70 vs the$44 for the wrong order. I reluctantly decided to reorder my food. The hostess said she was soooo sorry about the mix up but then stopped mid sentence to work on another door dash order that popped up.
