Starbucks — Restaurant in North Carolina

Ever since I moved to where I live now this location is the unfortunately the closest and out of all the times I’ve come here by order has only been right maybe twice. The excuse the manager gave when I finally got fed up was that the entire staff is new due to the location being new. She never apologized or anything she was just ready to defend her staff. I took a break from going and I jus went back today and you guessed it, my order wasn’t do right again. It’ll be one thing if any and all add ons were free then I wouldn’t take issue but the fact that we’re charged for everything that’s added I’d like to have it since I paid for it! Once I was charged almost a dollar for caramel but there was none in the cup anywhere. I said something and was told that it sunk to the bottom. If that’s the case I didn’t I see it being that the cups are clear and why didn’t I taste it if my straw is at the bottom of the cup which in turn would be where I’m drinking from? It’s the lack of accountability every time something is brought to their attention. If I’m spending 10 dollars on a drink I’d like to receive everything in it that made it...

This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever experienced, I ordered it on door dash and they didn’t give the driver the full order so I hustled whether to pick it up. I got there and I told them to remake the drink, I specifically said oat milk and he just poured almond milk into it.. I was like I literally just said oat milk.. they ignore customers inside and seem to be severely understaffed. He ended up making the drink and it tasted like sand and water it was horrible. First, I went in at 4:30 PM to get an iced black tea, which I get at every location from North Carolina, Florida, and California that I’ve been to. The girl that took my order was super sweet. She went down to the end where the barista was to help her make the order and I guess the red headed barista didn’t think we could hear (we were right in front of her) and she said she wasn’t brewing anymore black tea today and I needed to get passion tea instead. I went ahead and got my refund and went back to wait on my sisters order. They made her hot drink iced and then had to remake it, so we ended up being there for over 30 minutes! Absolutely...
