Arby's — Restaurant in North Charleston

This is the second time that I have had very unpleasant customer service. The first time I was ignored at the window after someone told me to go ahead with my order when i was ready. I said my order, but no one responded. I sat there for almost 5mins. Afterwards, I saw that there were 3 employees behind the counter not paying any attention. There weren't any other customers outside or at the drive through. I drove off and went to Captain Ds. This last time my husband and I ordered our food only to sit there 2mins without a response just to have to order it again. We both ordered the French dip combo. They didn't give us the Au Jus. My husband parked and went in to get them. The girl behind the counter said, "we were just getting them" but then proceeded to ask my husband how many we needed. Why would you have to ask how many we needed if you were supposedly already making them? They tasted awful. My sandwich was flattened in the bottom of the bag. My husband ordered half unsweet/half sweet tea. It was nothing, but sweet tea. I will not be going back to this Arby's even though we live right...

This Arby’s has to be the worst fast food establishment on this side of town. However Arby’s typically is my Fiancé’s “Go-To” place to get take out, so I’m forced to DEAL with this terrible Location restaurant. They are unpredictably closed early on any random evening, the food order is incorrect 9.5 times out of 10, (and can never get an answer if you call back to offer constructive criticism) zero enthusiasm from any of the nighttime staff they seriously act like they prefer to be anywhere except for at work doing their job with zero pride. And tonight we’re trying to go through the drive-through two cars in front of me jumped out of line therefore I went inside to see if I can place my order to go, when I was advised that their “System” is down and no food or drink orders can be made here tonight at 7:45pm on a Wednesday evening being disappointed yet...

Nice people, they offer discounts to Bosch employees, and maybe Boeing too. Inside looks like it was just redecorated. Cajun turkey sandwich was good just needs more meat

Update: 11.15.17 This is a review of the smokehouse chicken sandwich/sammich, I'd give it 3.5 stars for a fast food meal, 4 if Arby's would stop putting mayo on it. Same for the brisket you don't need mayo it already has BBQ sauce on it. Now back to the chicken, don't let the word "Smoke" fool you into thinking it would have a smoke flavor in the chicken, no such thing. Still a decent fast food sammich. I would order again WITHOUT mayo

UPDATE 4/10/18: 1 star on Double Roast Beef. Beef not CHIPPED, it was SLICED. this is NOT how an ARBY'S...
