Made an order over the phone and paid via credit card. Confirmation email stated: no need to wait pick up at drive thru or at counter. When arrived the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, so I tried to open the door, it was locked. I called them while at the front window in plain sight. The manager looked at me while on the phone and said I need to come through the drive thru. While I was trying to tell her the email stated I could pick up at the counter, she hung up on me. I tried to call back to just finish my statement and ask for a refund, but she would not answer the phone.I don't think it would have been hard at all to just come to the door and tell me they would be right with me or just give me the meal cause it was supposed to be ready anyway. I called corporate, all they did was apologize, take the statement, and offered me coupons. When I asked about the refund he told me he had to wait and see what the higher ups say. So they kept the money and the food. Read moreI would always go to this location on my lunch break, but as of today, I will no longer patronize this restaurant. I ordered the Cajun shrimp, two orders to be exact, got my order, and once I got back to work, I began to eat my Cajun shrimp, finishing the first order. Then I go to open the second box, and found a black bug on my shrimp. I was pushed for time because my break was soon to be over so I called back and A female answered the phone. She then gave the phone to a male manager, who I told what my issue was. I told him I would come back after work and I did... when I got there(the drive thru), because that’s where I ordered, I gave the bag to a female worker. She then summoned to the manager that I was the one who called with the Cajun shrimp, he then told her to ask me if I wanted them replaced( I think not) and I told her I didn’t want anything from there, but what had me livid is that the manager never came to speak to me, apologize or anything. It was like I was not important to him at all... First, the wait time was a bit much, and then I got a bug in my food and no sympathy from the manager.
