I have not gotten to the food yet but I'm going to give benefit of the doubt and hope for the best. I've come to this location before and food was messed up only like once, other times everything was on point. The manager gave me a card to come back with lunch on him. I'm not in the North Charleston area as much so I came down here today wanting to eat a healthy breakfast and was in middle of work so I wanted to swing by quickly I ordered from the app but before I purchased I went inside to check to see if the manager was in there because I did not have the paper card on me. I spoke to another manager there and she said he was not in so no problem I paid for my meal online. It said it was going to be about 15 minutes for the wait. I parked in the curbside and waited until almost 9:00 a.m. mind you at place to order about 8:00 to 8:15 a.m. I only share this because as a business owner myself it's important to only train and improve from here but the manager in the store at the time had my curbside order sitting up on the Shelf while I had to walk inside and watch multiple people walk out with their smoothie and food. I finally went up there to ask if my order was ready to which they grab the order and handed it to me no apology or anything. The young lady on shift with her did come and attempt to make a correction or compensate but this literally was an hour ordeal and caused me to lose out on work and potentially business. I walked back to ask why there was a delay and the young lady manager explained or made up the excuse that she didn't see my car out there but there is a big old Tropical Smoothie van blocking curbside and that's not an excuse you're supposed to come out to the car so I had to come inside. Again I totally understand she seemed overwhelmed with orders and Manning the store but it's all about your customer service and response to the situation that was very lackadaisical and unempathetic. I only say this so hopefully the boss or general manager will make Corrections that don't impact the labor because there are seemingly only two people working in the store and I've seen numerous people go in and out so it's very busy. Now I just hope that my meal is good and I can keep this at least out...
Read moreI really do not like writing these types of reviews but at this point it’s getting ridiculous. This is my third time in 1 week coming to this location and this is the third time that my order has been messed up. And before you ask, yes of course I have spoken to management and all I have gotten were oh what do you want me to do about it, or oh we don’t have anymore made up we would have to go in our storage freezer to make more. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but at this point this is just bad business. I’m very confused are you not training your staff or does your staff just don’t give a **?? Reading is very fundamental, and the fact that you can’t read to substitute an item is crazy to me. I have also went to other locations and have yet to have this problem. Every other location makes my order correctly and surprisingly, it even looks like the picture that’s on the menu. This is regrettably my last time going to this location. The only reason I even went there is because it’s down the street from my home but I guess I have to go all the way to Daniels Island just for my order to be correct. To describe the photos that go along with this review, one order was supposed to have extra granola which they charged and extra $1 for and they never put any granola in it not even the granola that comes with it. Read moreService is horrible my girl is pregnant she ordered curbside pickup, had to go inside to pick up her food, & smoothie to find out it was oily & greasy. She asked for it to be remade and the General manager disagreed saying it wasn’t anything wrong with it, and that she was Ghetto, which doesn’t make sense if all you want is for it to be redone. He refused to remake her a new sandwich. So she asked for a refund. You wouldn’t believe they refused to give her back her refund, and not only that threaten to call the police after everyone in the back cursed at her while she’s pregnant.. police came and that’s when they decided to give her a refund..and made her sign a no trespassing. You wouldn’t believe they put me on trespassing also and I didn’t do a single thing but support my girl I didn’t argue or anything.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go through what we had to go through just for remaking a sandwich so I had to share my experience on how they treat paying customers and be very careful because they will put you on trespassing...
