Employee Review. (Worth the read) So I had this wonderful review typed out and my phone said forget it. So here's an open honest inside POV. Dear Ben and Keri, this is not how a "family" business is handled. Nothing in this store is frozen or raw. Only the dough is considered Raw. Chicken wings come pre cooked so please stop saying it's raw, you probably found a blood vessel that turned the meat pink upon cooking it at the slowest speed in our 400 something degree oven. Trust me I have burned my fingers multiple times saving that one runaway wing. And we can't cook them 3 times. They Will Burn. It takes 7 minutes for a pizza to go in and out of the oven. So give a few minutes to top it and then only a few seconds to box it. 15 minutes or less and your pizza should be done. 3.5. The more cheese you add the greasier the pizza will become! Mozzarella pizza cheese is very oily and yummy! We don't use scales so who knows if you are getting 3.5oz of cheese why not make it 5oz. But who knows...the scales could be in use again... If delivery time is 2 hours take note, the store is low on delivery driver staff as well as insiders. So they can only take out what they can. I was pregnant working there with 2 drivers one night from 8 to 1am. Not fun. Plus if you order during a rush it could be over an hour till your food is made from order placement.(that means It took 7 minutes to cook and it's sitting there for how long now?) It sucks being the only one slapping dough, saucing and cheesing and topping with only ONE person running the store. So that's answering phones, making pizzas, taking orders out of the oven, which moves like a conveyer belt so if you're not paying attention it will fall on the floor. If you place your order and call the store asking where your order is at and delivery time is still over an hour, just come up to the store and get your food. Pizza does not last on the warming racks for an hour. That's when the cheese starts to settle and not look appetizing anymore. It gets "cold" it's still warm trust me but that cheese is a goner from the imagined ooey gooey yummy pizza. This store is losing it's staff like a wildfire so don't expect too much from this store anymore. Marble cookie brownies are amazing cold. And like I said everything comes cooked. That's one thing I will regret, not having a cold treat as i prep food in the morning. Tip your drivers. We have one from Georgia working for us and even he's not happy with this store. You do make good money as a driver. So if you want fast cash, that's the way to go. However drivers only carry $20 at all times. Robin clean the store! Just order elsewhere. This place has been struggling for a long time. The peak was when the GM Joe was there but that was a few years ago. That was the good dominos. I miss that passion. Now it's like woo....dominos. Ben and Keri no hard feelings just that I've got a 3 month old and I'm done asking every day if I've been cleared from you guys. It shouldn't take 2 months to get back to work as a driver. Shut this store down for a remodel, clean this place up well and get new staff who will be passionate like I once was about this...

While I was ordering, the female kept interrupting me, causing me to have to repeat my order multiple times. I asked for all drummettes on my hot wing order as I don't eat the flat wings. The female taking my order asked an associate if they allow customers to order just one specific piece of chicken, and I heard him say "yes". I said "ok", and moved on to my breadstick order, when the lady once again asked what pieces I want for my hot wing order. DID I NOT JUST SAY "DRUMMETTES" two different times just a minute ago?? Then, I specifically asked for 3 marinara sauces. I did get my order in a timely manner; but low and behold, I had an 8 piece hot wing order with just flat wings!! I called them because I just cancelled a Papa Johns order because they didn't show after 2 hours, so I was pissed. I spoke to a female who told me they would get a manager on the phone. I was on hold on for 8 minutes before I hung up. When I called back, I spoke to a male associate who told me they actually don't do specific orders of wings and that they would fulfill my order this "one" time and have it to me "shortly", as if sending me more wings 45 minutes later will do me any favors. I asked for a refund for just the wings in lieu of another order, and he said they could only give a store credit, AS IF I WILL EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. When I called back again to cancel the second wing order "favor", I got put on hold again!
I will never order from this Dominoes again. The customer service is terrible, no one cares about the experience anymore. I could've gotten a cheap Tostitos pizza from Walmart and ended up happier than what I was dished from...
Read moreThey used to be good, but the last 3 orders I have made with them have taken WELL over two hours to arrive. Tonight's especially took 3 hours so even though its not "cold" since it sits in a warming oven, it is definitely not fresh at all. I had to call them 3 times this evening wondering where my order was and if it was going to ever come since my kids have bedtimes. So then when it finally arrived (not even to my house since we live on base and have to meet them at the gate) they did not put the extra salad dressing that i paid extra for in the bag or anywhere with my order. I had to call again, purely for principle this time to let them know and instead of getting a person on the phone it went to like a fax machine noise. I think the worst part is that we have been very regular customers for years, so much so that my son knew the previous driver by name, and at no time when I called and spoke to them did they even attempt to make up for their shortcomings. I'm VERY disappointed with them. I can kind of understand the long delivery time (to an extent) since you cant predict how many orders will come in... BUT, you can certainly control the accuracy of the order and ensure that it is CORRECT AND COMPLETE before the driver leaves with it. And the woman I spoke to each time I called is the one who supposedly "quality checked' my order according to the tracker. So as soon as I post this I will be calling back. Not because I want them to drive out a pack of dressing that they forgot, but to let them know it was left out since I paid for it. That's my...
