My food was great, prepared perfectly. But what I'm really on here to do is give a huge shout out to the amazing service I received from the woman working around 4:45 today! I wish I had gotten her name, she seemed like she might be a manager, not sure, if she isn't then she should be. But if that location is reading this, its the sweet woman with a 7 month old grandbaby🥰 She was so sweet! We chatted about a few random things and she just made me feel like she really cared about others! & I really appreciate that!
I went to the subway on dorchester rd last week, the one in the shopping plaza with publix next to ashley phosphate, and the women working in there, especially the chubby white girl with darker blonde hair just seemed like they hated life and every customer that walked in. That white girl put off such bad vibes I felt depressed when I left there. I came in with a smile saying hello and told her I had an online order. She said she hadnt made it yet which i expected, I let her know thats fine i just placed it. Then asked how her day is today and didnt get a word out of her. She did not want to conversate, smile, make eye contact, nothing.

Did an online order through Uber Eats. When the driver got to the restaurant, two out of the three subs we ordered were incorrect. Staff proceeded to “rummage” through other bags to find our order. When our food was delivered, two out of the three subs were STILL incorrect. Drove to the store with the incorrect subs. When I explained why I was there, the woman behind the counter did not apologize for my inconvenience, simply stated that she “hadn’t made the order.” There was no one else in the store so they were not busy. The woman behind the counter told me that there was no “manager” on duty and that she had no way to contact them about my issues. The other young man working there proceeded to make my subs incorrect again twice. The phone number for the store simply goes to voice mail. No attempt was made by either employee to take responsibility for their mistake or to apologize.

Read moreThe past several times I have gone into place my order it seems as though the employees are having a horrible day. But I went the other day and acted like they did not want to be there. I was asked what kind of sandwich I wanted, then what kind of bread. That's it!! As they slid my bread down the line they just stared at me waiting for me to tell them what I wanted on it. They SUCK! The lady that was originally helping me just walked off and went to the back. The other non smiling grumpy lady came and finished. I completely understand having bad days but it seems as though everyone there has a bad day every day. I guess I should have gone with my first instinct and I should have gone to Jersey Mikes which is right across the street. They are more expensive but the people there are always so happy and helpful. They act excited that I came in.
