My son loves the tortellini de la mama, and my husband and I love the cuzinos trio. There was a mistake made with our trio order today. A simple phone call to the store was answered by lovely staff members (phone order staff and on site manager, I believe her name may have been Mallory) who offered to re-send the order. We had our share of our other platter so opted for a partial refund instead.
Shortly after, I received a call that they opted to credit my whole order (after the manager took the extra step to discuss the issue with the location owner) as well as send a gift card to my house! They noted they had new staff members who were still getting acclimated, which is completely understandable considering the job market with all the complications COVID has brought with it.
Long story short, always a great experience with this store (and the elkton one that I called accidentally!). They went above and beyond with their customer service to ensure we were happy. We’ll be ordering our favorites again soon 🙂

Read moreHORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. I ordered 1pizza & 1 soda. Was tild it would be approx. 45min. @ 5:45pm, had to call @ 7pm to find out where my food was, was told "it would be sent right out". Pizza arrived @ 7:25. Had to call back cause the order was wrong. Was told that the correct order was being sent out and would take 20min and I would not jave to pay anything and had to return the wrong pizza. So order arrives at 8:00pm and guess what it was again wrong. So I called again and was told the same thing. Finally recived correct order at 8:45pm. Had to pay full price, did not recieve any type of apology what so ever and was not offered any sort of discount for having to wait for 2 hours for a pizza. This place is a disgrace and should be shut down!!! This restaurant and its employees need to take classes on #1 how to operate a business #2 how to deal with customers & #3 how to take and complete an order correctly... Read moreCalled in for delivery waited an hour and our food never came. We called back and the girl who took the order said she accidentally erased the order. We decided to give them another chance the following day and we got a strombolli and mega fries. The food was delicious but yet agian had issue with delivery. When the driver came to our home he dropped the bag of food and once I gave him the money (which our order was $30 and i gave him a $40 ) he just put the money in his pocket and walked away. I shouted to him that i wanted my change he looked at me and got in his car and literally spun wheels away. My husband called the store and every time he called he was put on hold for several minutes. We kept hanging up after being on hold for 10 minutes.
