My wife and I stopped here on a cross country trip, I ordered the 4 piece McCripy Strip Meal. I took it to the car, opened my box and there were 3 strips. I went back inside stood there for over 5 minutes waiting patiently as 2 young employees stood there looking at me standing in front on the counter (I’m guessing they were not clocked in). One of the young girls said to me “there’s only 5 workers today” (on Sunday, the day before Labor Day). I opened my box and said I ordered a 4 piece and only got 3. The girl repeated herself, and I said “should I take the 3 even though I paid for 4 and just be happy?” She just gave me a smirky look and the person working the counter came out, I explained the issue, and said may I have fresh fries, no salt. She then brought my 4 piece and fries, I said is there no salt, she replied “they’re fresh”, I said is there”no salt?” She said “they’re fresh” again I said “no salt”. She snatched it like I was bothering her and walk back and said “I need no salt”. Employee walking around wearing Crocks for footwear.. this place is atrocious and I’m glad I’ll never cross this exact place again.. McDonald’s Corporate would close this place in a heartbeat if they knew how bad it was...
Read moreCurrently sitting in the drive thru, after being rushed at the order screen, told they don't have fries because their machine is being cleaned, okay fine. Lady is extremely rude. We DID NOT recieve a receipt or were even asked if we would like one. It's 3:35 AM on 11/24/2019 and the heavy set lady working the drive thru looks bitter, inconvenienced, and bothered by us. Didn't even say "you're welcome" after we thanked her for handing our drink to us. Still sitting here waiting on literally 1 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and a double quarter pounder with cheese. I understand it's the middle of the night, but people travel and are hungry. We do not like to feel as an inconvenience when only trying to feed ourselves on our trip back home. Regardless of the time, these workers should still have MANNERS and at least acknowledge that we said thank you. Also, they should inform of everything they're out of, BEFORE the customer orders. That would be a lot better, a heads up, instead of not finding out until you try to order what you...
Read moreAlmost every Wednesday evening our church takes a large group there for food and fellowship. And actually since we have been going there, the staff has put up signs saying large groups welcome. However, a worker named Chrissy makes the experience MISERABLE! If you’re lucky enough to get her attention to take your order, you better know exactly what you want and be sure to not make a mistake. Or heaven forbid you change your mind. She is rude, when she does speak to you she is not kind at all. She makes people from the eldest in our group to the youngest angry. She needs to remember that she chose that job, her paying customers did not make her work there. If not for us customers, she would be unemployed. Personnel needs to do some human training, and teach their staff to be kind. There is one manager that is a total jerk also. Just about every time we are there, at least one of us has something wrong with our order. Get it together, McDonald’s. You’re losing a large, kind, paying group...
