Please do yourself a favor and skip going to this place completely. Lets start.
The Food: The food is poor, fair is too good for this food. Anything other than the boneless wings are barely edible. The regular wings used to be good until they "upgraded" the size, now the meat is stuck to the bone and not juicy at all. The boneless wings are nothing more than breaded chicken bites with entirely too much sauce, usually on the dry side. The sauce also isn't consistent, one day you could love the sauce and the next it will burn your face off. The burgers are not good at all, comparable to a double cheeseburger from McDonald's except more dry with lots of fluffy lettuce to hide the size of the patty. Be aware that when you place your order, it will most likely come out completely wrong at this location. The kitchen does not know what goes with what or honer customer requests. See Service.
The Service: At first glance you would think the service would be good, considering they must have 20 waitstaff on at one time. WRONG. While having allot of waitstaff, mainly they can be seen standing around in little groups talking to each other and/or doing allot of other stuff non waitstaff related like adding ice to the ice machine or sweeping the carpet!?!? which takes priority over you sitting there at the table. If you have a problem with your food, which you will, it is a project to even get a manager to stop at the table and fix the problem who will undoubtedly argue with you or talk down to you. If you order wings and they come out with the wrong sauce they will just "bathe" them in the new sauce hoping no one will notice so you will have a mesh of both sauces.
The Alcohol: This is a big concern for allot of people considering this is a sports bar with 80 TV's. Well, all I can really say is have something to drink before hand because if you want to drink there you will go broke. Don't fall for the "Tall" beers either because they are the exact same amount of beer for more money. If you don't believe that you can simply pour the "Tall" skinny beer into the normal glass and it all fits. The mixed drinks are made the "correct" corporate way with little measuring cups to make sure you get exactly one ounce nothing more, making the drinks very weak for normal bar standards. In effect you are paying 5+ Dollars for a beer, and 8+ dollars for a mixed drink that is mostly juice. EACH.
In Conclusion: I would not recommend you visit this restaurant. As you might have noticed I have given this place allot of chances to change my mind, but every time I leave disappointed. The price for the food/drinks is not the quality you would expect to see for this price. The service is sub par and the kitchen doesn't seem to know how to make the food or read what the waitstaff puts in, nor do the waitstaff seem to check it before it goes out to the table. It is also not uncommon to see the restaurant with plenty of open tables and the host saying that there is a 45 minute wait. Save yourself the restaurant and either go to the New Haven Wild Wings or find a different place all together.

Read moreWent there for a quick bite while in the North Haven area around 2pm. 8 people in the entire restaurant. The manager I saw from my table was twirling a stainless steel cup behind the bar next to bar tender and then dropped it on the floor in front of a couple at the bar. I started to look around and noticed tables were dirty and plates were left on the adjacent table along with the half consumed beverages. The waitress that was taking the order from the table behind me went back to the table a few times to keep taking the order because she couldn't get it right so the hostess came to my table to take the order instead. I ordered 10 boneless wings. They arrived and I took one bite and it was as if I was chewing into chicken that was left over from the night before and loaded with heaps of salt. The breading did not taste fresh and crispy, it tasted as the wings were microwaved or flash fried in old oil. The hostess/waitress came and asked how my lunch is going and I told her "look I have to be honest these are horrible" she immediately apologized and stated she will take them off the bill. I said thank you and please just bring the check for the beverage so I can go somewhere else. Before I could leave the manger, yes the guy who was twirling the cup behind the bar comes over to me and said "what is wrong with the wings?" and I replied "they are horrible, over salted and tasted as if they are microwaved". he smirked and replied "well, it's not like we save the wings but anyways, sorry" and I told him I have been to other BWW and this was not the experience I had before and he just walked away. The waitress already handled the situation, apologized and took it off the bill. Why did the manager feel the need to come over and try to argue with the me? Come to find out only the boneless wings were on a special of .75 each. Hmm, wonder why that is. The manager is rude, the staff except for the hostess who was doing all of the work were lazy and bored. The manager's name isn't even listed on the door where it states "manger: ". It's blank...You can skip this BWW. I will definitely not be back...
Read moreIf I can give minus stars I would have. I have ordered take outs from this branch several times and every single time they surprise me with how horrible they are.
Let’s start with the staff that is supposed to be “ welcoming” customers at the door, they are rude and careless. When customers walk in to pick up their order they sometimes look up from their phones or the ordering screen, but the majority of time they don’t. They show the worst attitude when talking to customers, they ask you for your name every 10 minutes mind you there was only myself and another guy waiting for take out orders the last time I was there, yet they are so confused and all over the place.
If you receive a text that your order is ready don’t believe it, everytime I have to wait an hour to hour and a half afterwards to actually get my food.
They always forget something and when I call they play dumb despite the fact that I always give them the receipt/order number. Never apologize for that and give me an attitude then suggest that I come back to get the rest of the order!
The rewards points, for some reason they can never see them in the system, I place the orders online and it shows that I can redeem the points at the checkout but somehow I always get charged and it never works!
Finally the food, the wings always taste like they were cooked at least the day before, super dry, and tastless. I didn’t know chicken wings can be that dry. The chicken meat doesn’t carry any flavor, soaked in lumpy but flavorful sauce. And the straw that broke the camel’s back yesterday the vegetables that I ordered as sides were FROZEN to a point where the celery as you can see in the picture changed its color.
This branch manager should be ashamed of the quality and standards of...
