If i can give a zero for customer service i would. The manager, a short, i think spanish female, has a nasty rude atittude. The clerk at the register was very nervous when talking to her, she looked afraid. Now i understand why the store lacks customers and looks empty. I asked if she can include the hangers that came with the clothing, she gave me and ill look and said, NO. I mentioned other stores that gives you the clothing hangers, she said not here. I paid what i had at the cash register, and said to my grandaughter lets go to another store, to buy more stuff. The manager heard what i said, and she said, "we will still have a job." and walked away. I told her behavior is innappropriate as a manager. At not time i disrespected her. Next day ( April 4,2018) I noticed that it was a gigantic hole in the jumpsuit and the cardigan was coming undone. I return the items expecting to get my money back . Manager ( Starsheema . B. ) in the front was a little rude to me about the items. I Overlooked her because she stated to me that she needed to call Store manager ( Stephanie ). Read moreI went to return shoes I have not worn. It was past the 14 days and I understand that but online it states after 14 days it will be a credit . Supposedly the manager Aaliyah/Alaya ( something like that ) said that’s not true . Her whole demeanor was rude . I held back being rude back . I walked away and then came back to show her what it says online . She goes and say she cannot do anything and proceeds to give me corporate number . As “the manager” why didn’t she do that in the beginning when I was trying to explain that I lost the receipt( they had my number so they found the receipt) and read online about the return policy. Eventhough it does not matter , I could have not return the shoes in 14 days because I was out of town.
