I went with my younger sister today to get animal crossing and a splattoon game for her switch and at first this sales associate seemed pleasant but I was quickly mistaken when “Jack”(tall with orange hair) became aggressive all of a sudden. When I asked to see the copy of animal crossing to see the price he only handed me the game cartridge and not the box. He than offered me a game stop membership to which I declined politely explaining that I don’t visit game stop frequently to justify a $15 membership. He would not take no for an answer and kept insisting to which I declined. He went as far as punching in the discount to show me as I declined for a third time. He became aggressive and stopped addressing me as I finished the purchase and began to speak to a customer behind me who came to refund the membership (shocking) they bickered as Jack had no interest in assisting him so we left. We went to game stop because both Target and Best Buy did not have the games in stock. Unfortunately, in the haste I grabbed Splatoon 2 instead of Splatoon 3 which isn’t multiplayer so I’ll have to go return it. I went into this store location the other day in a psychotic frenzy, regarding an NSwitch screen protector that I had completely botched like a total bimbo. I wasted approximately $20 on it in best buy, and couldn't return it. At that point I required a hero. I walked into North Haven GameStop like a boss & explained my touble to the fella at the counter. He nodded his head and listened with authentic concern. I then bought a new screen protector, requested his assistance, and alas, he stood up to the challege. With a little sweat and a curl of the tongue, he prevailed victorious. A flawless installation. Perpetual joy, every time I view my switch screen, not a speck of dust, hair, or finger print. He legit made the majority of modern retail workers look like entitled heartless slackers! I proceeded to drive 45 minutes to the store because this was the only place that had my product in stock and then was denied my product because I didn’t have an ID matching my company business name. But on the website could not order the product without putting it under my company business name. So I wasted time money And never got my product.
