Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Haven

Tried to buy the Dunkin Donuts new extra charge coffee it's supposed to be $2 for a medium when I got to the register the employee wanted to charge me $3.80 and I tried to tell them on the sign right on the window of the building it says $2 medium coffee they didn't want to listen and they said that it's an extra charge of $2 on top of the cost of a medium coffee which didn't make any sense to me because a medium coffee comes out to $2.42 which would have made it over $4.50 so I just gave up and said give me just a medium coffee then I got a lot of attitude because they rang up the $3.80 and had to go back and corrected to $2:42 , I would have liked to try the new coffee but I guess at this Dunkin Donuts it wasn't going to happen without me paying extra for it, this is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to its employees that don't care is the problem at this...

I ordered on the go to avoid the line at this Dunkin Donuts, since it always packed and slow to get though, I had asked If the order had gotten though. the employees ignored me for a good minute and then answer with a bad tone," Sweetie it isn't in our computer go back in line." I went back to my car to realized that it had went to Milford, I had told the employees but they didn't respond to me because they were chatting to each other instead of doing work like they should. If I make a mistake like this, they give me a coffee for the misunderstanding situation at any other Dunkin Donuts, but at this one they gave me a rude response to start my day. I have been at this Dunkin Donuts for months and they still don't know how to treat costumers with respect. All around this is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts in...

It seems like every time I order there's an issue/they don't have what I ordered. I was supposed to get white cheddar instead got yellow American cheese and wasn't told of the issue when I received my order (placed a mobile order.) The woman working is always nice/accommodating, unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. Her being nice means a lot especially working in a building with no A/C having to sweat it out all summer and it's disgusting 😒 I would've quit.... they have one tiny spot that has air and it doesn't cool off the working area you'd have to stand in front of it to feel it and it's off in the corner..... I feel bad for the workers... I won't be going...
