Absolutely unacceptable experience at this McDonald's location. I placed a mobile order through the app, waited 15 minutes in the parking lot to ensure it would be ready, and then went through the drive-thru. At the speaker, I let them know I had a mobile order. I was told to pull forward. The first window didn’t give me a receipt but said I was good to go. When I got to the second window, the employee tried to give me an order that wasn’t mine. I told him I had a McDouble meal with a Hi-C. He looked confused and called the manager, who also seemed completely lost. I showed my mobile order on the app and she said, "Oh, it's a mobile order, it's not done." I was handed my drink and told to pull forward like it was somehow more inconvenient for them than for me. I waited over 20 minutes while several cars came and went. At one point, a cashier approached my car with the wrong order and was yelled at by another employee before walking away. After waiting a total of 45 minutes since I placed the order, I finally went inside. The same employee who was supposed to bring the food outside was now at the counter. I asked for a refund, and he called over the manager—again, confused. I showed her my mobile order confirmation on the app, but she said, "No refund. I can't refund app orders" (which is apparently true). I then asked for the food I paid for, and she still refused, repeating, "No receipt, no food." Despite having proof from the app. When I asked who the store manager was, she claimed she was the general manager. I questioned her handling of the situation and she dismissively walked away saying, "No English," and waved me off. Eventually, the second-window cashier convinced her to finally make my $6 meal, admitting he saw the order but it had disappeared from the system—likely because they took too long to fulfill it. Read moreService was not that great at all, the manager Rosa had gotten an attitude with my girlfriend about pricing. What happened was she ordered a big breakfast, with hot cakes, the order didn't come with them and before we sat down I had said hey where are your hot cakes. My girlfriend was willing to pay the extra dollar for them. Yet the manager kept pointing to the sign saying there was an option on the menu for a big breakfast without them. Yet the sign never changed and kept showing with. She then proceeded to say that there is an option in their system to choose without. Ok so how would we know that? We don't work for McDonald's. Then because of all the confusion my girlfriend pulled her debit card out of the machine before being fully processed with a payment. Rosa then decided to say "what you don't have any money?" Ok that was what put me over. I have worked customer service jobs in the past and I still do in a compacity to this day. Never and I mean, never judge who is in front of you. I think she needs to be retrained on how to properly talk to a customer. I get it, she works for McDonald's it's not anyone's dream job. Still being a manager at a fast food restaurant doesn't mean. Read moreI went there the other day and used a mobile app code for half off a 10 piece nugget. also ordered two dc burgers and two snack wraps. I paid the money, went to the window. they came to the window and asked what i ordered, i told them, blank faces.. manager comes over and asks the same thing, and i said it again and even handed the receipt. three employees read the receipt. they handed me the first bag, not even close to what i ordered. they tried again and handed me another bag, still not right. third bag they gave me it had three snack wraps and two cheeseburgers, no nuggets, I just took the bag and left. garbage service, no remorse, they are all dazed and confused. will not be returning to this location ever again. and not for nothing, I said it verbally and showed a receipt and they messed up twice, took three tries to get my order remotely close. might need to get these employees on duolingo, rosetta stone, send them back to school, etc. gotta learn english if you wanna survive in this...
