I honestly love tropical smoothies and I don't write reviews unless I have a memorable experience and unfortunately I haven't had a good memorable experience here, now twice. I didn't want to write a review because I understand the food industry and that they just opened so its a learning process but sheesh. I originally went the opening week and waited 30 mins in the drive through for my meal and smoothie. It was so bad people were leaving the line. Today (10-28-22) around 1:30ish / 2:00 pm was even worse. When I visited the line hadn't moved for over 45 mins and 3 people left the line as it was taking way to long. After the 3rd person left after ordering in front of me I went inside to try and let the staff know because I know how something like this could mess up a drive through flow. Upon entering I stood there for another 10 min trying to get someone's attention while they all ignored me and the lady trying to order in store at the front desk. I then was approached by someone who was older and full of attitude. After she realized I wasn't complaining she said ok while I was in mid sentence and went back to ignoring me. everyone that was originally behind me in line got served and I continued to wait and be ignored while I was trying to communicate that my order was sitting and ready behind the counter. Then once no one was in the drive thru I was then greeted by a young girl and given my meal. I understand its new and we live in an understaffed world right now but this was an whole hour I waited for FAST non-dining food. the owner and manager need to do their part so their employees aren't struggling so bad that they throw all customer service away. Young people as well as all employees are energetic and courteous and appear to enjoy their work and contribution to their community. Pictures of student/employees all over the store. An acknowledgement of their participation in the community and at the store. I'm sure it gives them a boost to do the best job possible while at work. Unfortunately I learned that corporate officials decided for whatever reason to have the cheerful, rewarding, customer friendly decor taken down. I understand the first time, the store just opened so i forgave her.
