I'm in the process of recoating my deck and its a DIY project in which i bit off way more than i could chew. I made the mistake of not getting my deck coating tinted so it came out white. I looked all over the internet, asked people at paint and hardware stores, other people i knew with experience and nothing. Then i spoke to the assistant manager there, Rich. Not only did he provide insight on what i did wrong, he also offered better tools to make the job easier..and as a result..my deck isnt completely finished..but looks a LOT better than what it did. Just visited the store to purchase an outside storm door and tried to get help 3 times from different associates, the only response I received was I don't know and one response of have you tried the sales desk in which I already waited 5 minutes and waited again after directed. As we waited we watched associates stop to help other people walking in the door. Not sure if we were ignored because we were the only ones wearing masks or because I was not white. Hard to say. But its the last time I will spend money at...

Went in to buy lumber. Not expecting the price to be more that Home Depot I asked if they would match the price to Home Depot. A sign behind the woman stated "we match all prices, that's our promise" When I questioned her about the sign and matching the lumber price, she stated, "we don't match lumber prices" There was.nothing on the signed that mentioned "with exception of..."

Well that's not a promise, that's more a lie!!!
