Went here for a take out dinner on 6/7 at about 6:15 PM. We went to the counter to place our orders and were told that it would be 10 minutes before the order was taken because they were trying to catch up. The counter was littered with planogram papers and inventory sheets and one of the workerâs hat! None of the three guys working were wearing a hat and one was âthe managerâ. The cooking area was dirty and not kept up with. At one point a grill spatula fell on the floor and instead of picking it up and putting it in the back to be washed, it was put back on the counter in front of the grill! I watched the whole time they were making our sandwiches to make sure the dirty spatula wasnât used. đ€ą
The manager was awful and shouldnât be in charge of people. One of the kids working there was either on the spectrum or REALLY nervous. He was trying hard, but the manger kept on him. At one point the poor kid was trying to take a phone order and the manager ripped the phone out of his hands and finished the order. Not a good look in front of customers (and we werenât the only ones). Food ended up being ok but it was not a pleasant experience and we have been there many times before. If we hadnât already paid, we would have left. Between the nasty food prep area and the treatment of the staff we were turned off by all of it. We wonât be back unless it improves...

The prices are absolutely ridiculous for what you getâsmall portions, bland flavors, and nothing remotely worth the cost. A simple sandwich shouldnât feel like a luxury purchase, yet somehow, they manage to charge more than what youâd pay at an actual sit-down restaurant. To make matters worse, the customer service is just as disappointing as the food. The employees seem uninterested, slow, and act like theyâre doing you a favor just by taking your order. Thereâs no sense of urgency, no friendlinessâjust a general âI donât careâ attitude. Iâve had better service at fast food places, and thatâs saying something. For the price they charge, youâd expect at least some level of quality, but instead, you get a boring, overpriced, and forgettable meal. So I switched to tuna no problem (because who wants to be a pain in the ass and makes their lives difficult and start bitching about welllll why not?) SOME PEOPLE DO. She asked for toppings which is key for a sandwich right?
Long story short there was a problem with one sandwich and I called back, and I hate being one of those pain in the asses to call and drive back. Jamie said no problem we will fix it and gave me a couple coupons.
