Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Kingstown

They haven’t cooked their pizza and their cheese bread sticks the right way in a very long time, I am no longer ordering from them. The food is disgusting. I ordered something and they messed up on my order one time, they gave me the wrong item and the so call manager gave me an attitude and try to say that I did get the right thing and that the item was pre-cooked and why would it be nasty or raw, that it should not be nothing raw. I had ordered my order trough online and payed for my services to get delivered and when they messed up on my order. #1. They gave me an attitude and thought I was lying #2. She said she can’t deliver the item they messed up on , because they were so busy, so they were not able to deliver it to my location. She told me to come pick it up myself. I told her if I order online is for a reason that’s so I won’t have to go and pick it up anymore so I am not going to that store and pick it up. Not wasting my time ever again especially with the way I was spoken to.. I hope you choose to not waste yours either!! I ordered through the app and it said it was “delivered”. I was out my window checking for the driver. I never even seen the driver drive by my house. Come to find out, they had delivered it to the wrong address. I contacted dominos, Stacey the person whom I spoke didn’t know how to use her words. Was VERY rude. It was like talking to a toddler!!! First she tells me she’s going to have the driver go pick up the pizza where they dropped it off at. I flipped out! Like, idk these people my order was dropped off to! Lord knows how many people laid hands on my food!! Suddenly she fixes herself and says “No way” “No! We will never do that” smh I was SO mad!!!! Never ordering again! So many other pizza spots around us and we figured, why not? I was very surprised because I never had an issue ordering from there prior to this!!

So after receiving the incorrect order I would like to share with the owner of the store how his management is handling customers!! I was told after I had explained that my order was incorrect and that this has happened now almost close to 10x in my last orders that if the orders aren’t being made correctly to stop ordering!! So I’m confused because it it all written down when the order comes in, then the order is suppose to be checked prior to handing to the customer that I now know none of this is being done! I expect a higher up to reach out to me as I myself am a food/business owner correct me if I’m wrong but if customers don’t place orders with your business than the business won’t be able to afford to operate and pay employees!
