Capriotti's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

In the Aliante Casino. Terrible service. Friday my sandwich was wrong. I ordered a cheese sub add mushrooms and pepper relish. No mushrooms and no pepper relish and the guy was going to charge me for a cheesesteak. Today Sunday I order a cheese sub add mushrooms and pepper relish. I bring it home to eat and the sub has no lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Sub has cheese and mushrooms and pepper relish with mustard only. I never eat mustard! I called the place and Luciana said she was the manager and she could make another one for me so I asked her is someone going to bring it to me as I was home already. She said she made it the way I asked her. So I said does a cheese sub come with lettuce onions and tomatoes and she said yes, so why was it not on the sandwich cos I asked for a cheese sub with mushrooms and pepper relish. I also explained to her that I don’t eat mustard and why did she put that on it. She was very rude! I don’t think I’ll be going there again unless I watch them make it. She should not be in a managerial position cos she does not know how to treat her customers that are...

I was happy to hear Capriotti's sandwich shop has a store in Aliante Casino. They are a great sandwich & salad shop. I went to get a chicken salad. I asked if the cranberries could be eliminated. They said yes. I got the salad to go. It was the worst salad. They eliminated the candied nuts also didn't mention that. The small amount of chicken tasted funny, I couldn't eat it. I ended up throwing the salad out. It was awful. I've never had a bad meal from Capriotti's off of Aliante. In addition the Casino stinks I almost didn't order food because it smelled so bad.
