Denny's — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I don’t complain much. BUT this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! I ordered online through their website, picked up my food. Definitely not worth the price to begin with. I handed out the food to all my kids then sat down to eat mine noticed my eggs through the clear top of the container giggling like it was just cracked. And it was I didn’t order sunny side up or over easy I ordered over medium and I get sometimes they can be a little runny but this was 100% thrown in a pan on immediately thrown in my container. Gooey egg sludge touching everything on my plate. They will not give me a refund and don’t offer store credit. I am wanting to save it to bring it to the health department tomorrow morning. I wanted to not make a big deal an explain that that is not in any way ok to be sent out of the kitchen like that and just wanted a refund because I could no longer stomach the thought of eating their food. They know they do not offer refunds for online orders and she didn’t tell me that she told me to go online and get a refund. When ordering online they are not responsible for anything it’s in their terms of agreement by ordering online. ( I will be posting pictures of the plate of food and of my screenshot of their terms so everyone can see how much they do not care about their food or services they just care about money even if it gets you sick. On December 4,2022 today at 12noon I went to Dennys Restaurant Deer Spring address to eat.I order steak 12oz cause I was really very hungry. I was waiting patiently with my order and did not bother asking my waitress at all. At 1:20pm she came back to me a said let me check If your steak is done. Few minutes later she came back and said I forgot to give your order sorry and then left. 10 minutes after I stand up and ask the front lady if I could talk to the manager. The manager came and I told him my waitress said she forgot to give my order how long should I wait.He approach the waiter and then came back to me.He said 10 to 15 , 20 minutes. He did not tell me if he can expedite my order. No customers service at all. He never apologized, never offer me anything and I even told him I'm really very hungry I have been waiting patiently for 45 minutes to an hour . He never apologized at all. I was really very disappointed. It was my second time and the first time I came with my friends the waiter was good. He keeps coming back to as and ask if we are okay . This time I was really very disappointed and upset with the waiter and the manager. Bad customers service even the manager need more training being a manager with no manners at all. This NEWLY OPENED location is amazing! The food was great and the service was superb. There is a really cute set of identical twins that are servers at this location. They wear the same cat rimmed glasses and have the same tattoo. Since they have uniforms on, it is impossible to tell them apart. My son's girlfriend happened to know them as acquaintances and said they live together and even dress alike when they're not at work. How cute! Our server twin, Ashley was very friendly and attentive.

Kids 10 and under eat FREE Monday through Friday evenings with the purchase of an adult entree!!!

You DEFINITELY need to stop in and try our first sit down and eat in restaurant in the area that isn't fast food! You WON'T be sorry!

*As a note, they're not permitted to offer straws to customers or even ask if you want them. You HAVE to request them. The servers aren't wild about the policy because they feel it makes them look like they forgot (which I AGREE). This is what Denny's thinks is making the world a better place with less of a footprint. I appreciate that, but please don't take straws.
