Update, June 6th, 2021: My father and I went inside to order food to take back home, making it the 3rd time we have gone to this particular Express. Unfortunately, we were served by the female employee we had an issue with from the first time we came inside. As expected, it did not go well.
First, this particular employee is either incapable of speaking loudly and clearly, or she just doesn't care. My father, myself, and even another customer who ordered after us had to ask multiple times for her to speak louder, because we could almost never hear her, even when she used the speaker. None of us are deaf or hard of hearing, so I know it's not our fault.
Second, whenever we could hear her, she was constantly trying to get us to pick our entree's right from the beginning. Neither of us were sure what we wanted, so I had to get between other customers who were waiting for their food just so I could see what was available. My father refused to answer her, which clearly upset her.
I don't know who's idea it is to make customers pick their entree's before they even have a chance to look at what is available, but it's a stupid and rude idea that needs to stop.
I wish I got the short, petite, female worker's name. If I ever see her again, I will, but we may never come here again.
Been here twice now. First time a female employee was a bit of an air head who didn't know how to listen. I was with another person and she tried getting me to pay before even getting the other half of our meal. It was also difficult to hear her.
Second time was much better, we were served by someone competent and was very quick. Good, delicious...
Read moreOh my God! I went through Drive-Thru for dinner and they were slammed! Seriously, the cars already in the Drive-Thru itself, one at speaker, two more behind that, myself, and then one more car. After I placed my order (which they got wrong) there were seven or eight cars waiting to JUST order. As to the order being wrong... I do not like all the vegetables, so I always ask for the order to be reduced in that area. Sadly, they didn't do this. Though I'm sure it had to do with how busy drive-thru was, but any other fast-food would have gotten a complaint for incorrectly making the order. However, I really am not trying to be so nit-picky. It's just annoying that such a small request was ignored, not like I asked for all freshly cooked food, though after getting home. I think I probably should have... The steak item that I ordered was kind of slimy (the sauce). Thankfully I didn't get sick from it. I figure that's only because it didn't have enough time to ferment further. Other than that... My food was actually still warm when I opened the styrofoam container and I was overly full, that I was unable to eat everything. The customer service was acceptable, just not exemplified!
