Just left here at 5/21/2024 1:40 pm. You guys need to fire the people doing drive thru, your company will lose money because of them. They are rude and act like they hate their jobs, especially the black chick whos making people orders. She tried to make my drinks, but walked out of view with them after we had words about her attitude. So I asked for my money back, and went to the sonic on camino al norte. Better service! I'd be willing to bet my last dollar that if you put hidden cameras in there you would catch them spitting in peoples drinks. Be careful going here if you see this review!
Came back as of 9/13/24 2:44pm the person who was at the windows attitude was a lot better, although the guy who made my drink didn't put the top on the slushie all the way so it spilled in my car. But nonetheless the attitude of the young lady was good š

This store location has done such a big turn around since they hired a new GM and new employees. The food is fresh now and the employees are so awesome that even my kids noticed it. Thank you guys because now I don't have to drive all the way to camino al norte when I live 3 minutes from this location. āāāāā
5/2/25 8:15pm guess the nite crew is different from the day crew. The girl at the window who took our order (jamiyah or janyah wears glasses) had worst attitude. And the drinks that were made for us were not made correctly. If anyone from Management sees this please take a look at the services that your nite crew is providing! Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate 02/26/2022 I ordered online to pick up in person. This time they are running things normal with Drive-Ups and the outside dining area open again. I buzzed at 7:40pm to let them know im here for my order (i placed it at 7:26). 10 minutes go by and my food isnt out yet, my order isn't even that big. I buzzed again and i had a different speaker talk to me. I mentioned my order and they told me they are checking, but with no follow-up. It's now 8:05 and i see others drive up and leave with their food while i'm still waiting. I buzzed a third time with a tone about my food. NOW they say they're coming out with it. When the waitress came, i asked what was going on and she tells me she has no idea. All she does is carry out the order. I can't be mad at her, but my order took longer than it should. Next time: Go to another location.
Update 08/22/2021 I ordered online to pick up in person. They had signs all on their kiosks saying they can only do drive thru due to understaffing. I didn't want to wait in line so I walked up and asked if I can get my order and they did. However this isn't going to last long. It seems like all fast food joints are suffering because people don't wanna work these jobs anymore. I don't blame them, but having the rest of us suffer these conditions is gonna pop soon. They need to start paying better.

I live very close and I usually go there about 4x a day for ice and water so they know that I always want the same with my combo's. Like if im willing to pay for the soda in exchange for you to give me a cup of ice water instead then whats the problem?
UPDATE There was a snot like substance in my water and in my 5 year olds. I called the location spoke with the manager and advised what I was seeing and that I didn't want another one or anything just wanted her to know what I had. She immediately became agitated and started denying what I was saying. I assured her again that it could be anything but the overall point is that there was debri in our ice waters and it was disgusting. She became argumentative and stated she'll just call me back. At that point I called corporate and spoke with them and explained the situation. I again was offered credits and gift cards and I kept stating that that wasn't necessary and it wasn't the reason I was calling. My kids and I go to that sonic daily for Ice waters and slushies and that experience had been a horrible one that we didn't want repeated. Corporate promised to have someone call us back and they never did so I will never go back to sonic. Ever. I still get nauseated just thinking about how that looked...
