Poor customer service !!!
I just recently visited this location 9/24/2022 at approx 12:10am after working a late shift at dignity health hospital ! My husband catering to my cravings takes me to Taco Bell, yay right! As we make our way in the drive thru it is our turn, once at the window I ofc ask my husband hmm can we add one more thing. He ask the Worker (female) if we may add something she doesn’t at any point make eye contact just says “no I’m busy” my husband and I laugh bc of how hostile she responded but didn’t think much of it. As we pay (by debit card) she hands him back the card and drops it, now I look at her and she says “I dropped your card” again very hostile and proceeds with our order. I then look at my husband bc idk if she was just having a bad day but at least apologize. I then say maybe say a sorry with that for future reference, she then walks away. Everyone has bad days I get it but don’t take it out on the wrong people. I called originally just to make a friendly suggestion but she immediately knew who I was and cuts me off and says “yeah Ik I said sorry , idk if you didn’t hear” again very hostile. Now I’m peeved, I ask May I just speak to your manger (in my head thinking maybe dealing first hand with customers just isn’t her strong suit) she then says she’s the manager and i ask her is she usually this hostile & ask what her name and reply’s “why ?” Then I ask for her name she replies “well I can’t give you my name” I then tell her okay maybe you dealing directly with customers isn’t for you and ask what time she started , she then is being snarky and says “early”. I am now home & come to see my order is incomplete. Cherry on the top for sure. Not sure if it was just a bad day or not but regardless, as a manager this was poorly handled. Do...

I'm writing this review after waiting for 30 minutes for my order. I probably paid more in gas for my car idling this time than the meal I ordered cost me.
This isn't the first but will absolutely be the last time I come here and it is by far the slowest "fast food" in Las Vegas. You could order at a Denny's, get eat your meal before this place serves you some tacos from the drive thru.
The inability to even function as a fast food location can't be the solely blamed on staff because I doubt it is the same people each time I have gone. Whoever owns this fraud of a location needs to be removed from ownership immediately and blacklisted from owning any type of restaurant in the future.
If I owned a Taco Bell anywhere in the city I would be asking corporate to get rid of the person who owns it because it gives other, better run locations a bad name and will probably cost...
Read moreSlowest Taco Bell in existence. It's one of the new models with a dedicated mobile pick up lane but all you do is sit there for 20+ minutes while you watch an endless line of cars get served at the drive-thru. I order ahead on the app to save time but this location ignores mobile orders.
After reading some other reviews I am not the only person to make this same complaint. Mobile orders are ignored while they focus exclusively on drive thru customers. There is also no screen at the mobile order check-in speaker, so you can't verify the correct order like you can at normal locations where you pick up your mobile order at the drive thru.
They claim to be swamped with orders but literally every single person who was served before me actually arrived at the location after I did. I had to call and complain for them to bring my food out. The food had just been sitting there and no one walked it...
