Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Wow! Went here with my two young sons (toddlers) today, August 31st, 2024 around 12:30PM. First let me say, the music plays in the parking lot and immediately offers a friendly vibe. Once inside, the decor and atmosphere is great. They have one seat that has the cutest print on it. At the counter, two younger ladies were there to take my order. Both were talking to my sons and were interacting with them in such a friendly way. One young lady took their order and brought them coloring sheets and fresh crayons to our table. Throughout our visit, she would come over to the table and help out my kids. One of my sons asked for help with opening his pack of crayons and she proceeded to help not only one, but both of them which truly made my day. There was also a younger guy there who was interacting with us as well and checking on the quality of the food once we got halfway through our meal. Based on service alone, would be a reason I would come here to eat. I’m usually a drive thru type of gal since my kids are younger and tend to get rowdy, but I would sit inside of this location any day as my kids enjoyed this location.

The staff could also be heard effectively communicating in the back which was great to see and witness.

The food was fresh and crispy as I requested. The sauce cups were filled appropriately.

The location was also clean and did not have an unpleasant smell.

Walked inside to order as the drive through was long I was next in line and then a worker comes up and said I can help you over here at the next register then he starts to take my order then walks away says sorry be right back comes back and finishes taking my order then he could not get my card to go through he said his manager was busy and he was sorry by that time 4 other customers walked in after me and they got their order taken by the other guy where I was at originally so 4 people after me got their food before me and it took a manager to hit a button for my card to process then I get home and the frys are hard as a rock nasty we usually go to canes at least 1 to 2 times a week at the Decatur location and never have a problem quick service my card always goes through and our fries are fresh and delicious I was very unhappy my card showed charges for 3 times but the manager assured me the bank deducted only one charge that happened to my mom once before too charged 2 times luckily it fixed itself This loaction needs more staff for the revenue they are taking in very busy on a Friday afternoon wont be back to this location with as busy as they are they should have fresh fries consistently we usually love Canes hope they get more help there and dont make people wait and let others go...

Always check your receipt when you buy at this location. I went to the drive-thru and just ordered a Caniac Box with an extra side of ice for the drinks. The cashier said that my total was $21+. So I proceeded to the window and she repeated the same total amount of $21+ when she opened the window. So I gave her my credit card and paid. I was waiting for her to give me the receipt to see why it's $21+, but she just handed me my food. I asked for the receipt and she said they ran out of paper so she can't print it. I asked her how much the Caniac combo was, and she said it's $17.29. I asked her how much the tax is, she said it's $1.45. So I asked her why she's charging me $21+. She said it's just $18.74 and she needs her Manager to print out the receipt. She called the Manager and gave me the receipt after typing stuff on the register and printing it, stating that the cashier added a bottled water in my order and that he corrected it. My gut tells me that she added some unauthorized tips which made the total go up to $21+. So always do your math especially if you have a big order. Imagine if they do it to every drive thru customer, it adds up! That's an additional $2+ for my order. I mean it's only $2, but it's the principle behind it. Integrity...
