So I had an Amazing Rubio's experience in LA in the beginning of 2021. So of course when I saw the name on a sign here in Las Vegas my eyes sparkled!! I ordered a meal for now and one for later. Let's just say I'm glad I did cause it did not disappoint in the flavors! The food was prepared really well!! Now, the reason they got 3 stars vs my review above is because my $80+ order was wrong. My brother who was starving with little to no appetite specifically ordered his tacos a certain way was given the wrong thing. He was livid. I felt bad cause he's under the weather and he was looking forward to them. With that much money being spent accuracy should be 100 percent.

For years, we lived in the San Diego are, and it was the only place you could enjoy a good Fish Taco. We moved to Montana, and Rubio's was hundreds of miles away. Our travels were planned based on where we could get a Rubio's Fish Taco. Then we moved to St.George, Utah, but we were still 130 miles from our favorite food. Well, tomorrow we have to go to Provo, 250 miles north, and guess were we will be for dinner. There are a lot of Restaurants that try, but there is only one Rubio's. If you have never had a Rubio's Fish Taco, you have not lived. I am not a fish eater, but I order the Especial, and I promise if you like Tacos and if you like Fish and Chips, you will love Rubio's Fish Tacos. If you don't, call me and I will pay for the one you didn't like! I guess you don,t have my number, so just tell the store Manager that I will pay for it if he...

Tried Rubio's and wanted to take the family to see how they liked it. Googled the closest location and it was aliante casino. Turns out this is a franchise location, and it definitely shows that the staff is working off of their own work ethic standards which I can only describe as between extremely laxed to downright rude. Just based off of my interaction with the person at the counter, we decided we were not hungry enough to deal with poor customer service. We googled the next closest location and it was Durango and 215. It was well worth the drive to get good food and amazing service!
