I really want to like this place, maybe just because it’s new, but it was not great getting the food. So we walk in, there twin self order screens there and quite a line so we did the screens. Oops, forgot the drinks and never offered in the checkout so had to place another order for those. I got bottled water and we Paid the $1 premium for one of their fancy fruit juice drinks. Ok, sat down to wait for our name to be called. Meanwhile, self-cleaned our own table with napkins. Waiting and waiting, they were busy so gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered separately from my husband so we’re waiting for his name to be called first. Finally, 30-mins later go up and check only to find all these staff running around frantically but nobody knew anything about our orders. Click click click on the touchscreen and one staff seemed to find my husbands dinner… rushed to make it. Meanwhile I went to find the drink order so I could self serve myself to the fancy fruit drink… oops, they’re all empty, no fruit options available. So I check at the counter and told no more is being made, we’re out. Well ya, obviously. Husbands order was ready so I ran that to him and grabbed a coke on the way. Went back to check on my order. More clicks on the screen, they found it and started preparing. Then someone said they were out of the soup I selected so I needed to choose another kind. On my way to see what was left, nobody really knew why I was ordering soup at this point, so I explained the situation. Like I said, staff everywhere but I’m hungry and my spouse is eating by himself and drinking his overpriced coke (remember he upgraded to the unavailable fancy fruit drink). So my sandwich is finally ready… getting it together with the new soup selection took a few minutes to sort out… all of it handed off to another lady who was I suppose the person to hand it off to me… maybe add a roll like my husband got. So it’s sitting there and I said “can someone hand me my order” as I point to it. Confused, she reluctantly hands me the order. Food was delicious so I want to try again but I too am reluctant to return. Somewhere in the middle of all that I downloaded their app and setup my account. Over the next few days “bling” alerts several times trying to get me back for more punishment. I had to turn off the incessant notifications. I dunno, Panera wannabe I suppose. Read moreNot really sure where to start with describing to you why I love this restaurant so much but I will try my best. The reason why I say this is because the food is just as good as the service. I will say one thing that not many restaurants have let alone any other on Craig Rd. is a fully transparent kitchen. This place is very clean no matter what time I dine in. I particularly dine in on Tuesdays nights to see my favorite team working. I am always treated with respect and sincere kindness. I may have had everything on the menu in the past few months that I have been a customer. The tomato basil soup, pesto chicken, chocolate strawberries and cheesecake have to be my favorites. The food is always fresh and made daily. How do I know this... well I went early in the morning and before closing to see the behind the scenes. To the best of my ability I like to know what I consume into my body. I could not recommend this place enough to anyone looking for some well prepared and healthy food... and an amazing team to prepare your meal. I want to send a special thank you to the staff for always smiling while providing top tier service. Also a personal thank you to Miguel, Ryan, Aylin, Kaylin and Raine for always being positive, honest, and kind. Your good deeds never go unnoticed and you all are greatly appreciated. To anyone wanting to try out this restaurant, you cant go wrong. If you want to eat healthy this is one of the only places other than Salad Go that I can recommend. Read moreThe BEST Zupas location that I have visited. The store has an open concepts and lots of workers that are actually working to ensure that customers get in and out in a timely basis.
Everyone that enters is greeted by a smiling face and ready to help. There's nothing robotic about the employees here.
If you don't want to come inside, they have a drive thru where you can place your order.
The store was very clean. The trash wasn't overflowing. The drink area was clean and no spilled drinks on ice all over the place.
Thank you to the staff and management for ensuring that I, and other customers, don't have to spend their entire lunch break waiting in line.

To the manager and district manager, please take care of these employees and give them a bump in pay or some type of perk to show them you appreciate them for taking care of the customers and keeping things running smoothly. There's another location that seriously needs help with customer service and making sure people get their food timely. You should make this the model store to train and retrain staff on a continuous basis to keep up with service levels and customer satisfaction.
