The evening of 08/16/25 I placed an order on my app for two Jumbo Jack meal deals (4 burgers, 4 fries & 4 small drinks) 2 more Jumbo Jacks & a Jumbo Jack Jr which was equivalent to 7 burgers, 4 fries & the 4 small drinks. I made the mistake of being exhausted from work and too eager to home with dinner for my kids & husband that I didn’t check my order right away after receiving it. Once I arrived at home I began passing out my kids their food and I come to find out I’m two Jumbo Jack burgers short so I called the store to let them know my order was incomplete, mind you my kids began eating their food by this point. The Jack in the box employee then said it’s okay just bring back everything, to which I state “my kids are eating now” and he said “we must have the order here” on the phone as we spoke I told all my kids “I’m sorry we have to put the food back” my kids had to stop eating, some just a bite in, my older boys with a bite or two left on their burgers, French fries not touched, drinks un touched, two had straws but un drank. The food was all arranged by them back in the bag for them to just pick back right where they left off and my phone call was then transferred to another employee the lady then said “what’s the problem” again I explained so she then asked “so what do you want the other burgers then” to which I said “well yes, I paid for them” she said “fine no need for the food pick them up” and my annoyed husband said “no, we’re not packing, un packing to get there to have the other guys say where’s the food?!” Once we arrived a few employees approached us and again I explained I was the one who had just called to report the missing burgers and a polite young man by the name of Anthony then explained I had to do it through the app. My husband was very annoyed and told them “here’s everything we got since the person over the phone needed the food here, that’s not okay that I physically had to take food from my kids mouths when it’s already an inconveniences that my wife drove home, to drive back to you guys!” We no longer wanted the burgers and he asked for a refund for the burgers missing. I’ve never had to make a complaint or ask for refund and Anthony then showed me how. Both my husband and I left empty handed to the parking lot to place the complaint. After numerous intents and about 20min later I still could not figure out the way to send the complaint and my husband again went back in to speak to the young man. We came back in the store and a man by the name of Jose mistreated us tremendously! We were signaled by him, he pointed at us went back to get the bag of food and his exact words to us where “it’s you people, the people like you that are thieves” Racially profiling my husband not knowingly he spoke spanish and was soon to defend himself! We were in complete utter shock and disbelief. We tried to explain the situation to him but he was loud, humiliating, calling us poor thieves that he had so much money in the bank and we were hungry thieves! SO UNCALLED, UN PROFESSIONAL, RUDE! He said he had 20 years working there, we couldn’t even get a word out from how obnoxious he was. Never ever have we been mistreated and this embarrassed in our lives!! My husband was told because of his dark skin he is a thieve, we we’re threatened, falsely accused, humiliated !! The employee Anthony then interfered apologizing for Jose’s behavior and inappropriate language towards us. He wanted to speak to us outside. Anthony wanted to make it right for us but there was no way we would take any food from upset employees. He wrote down his name on a paper with the managers name “Lina” in hopes of us reporting Jose for his complete incompetence and rudeness. I hope an investigation is launched, I pray the phone conversation was recorded and the entire scene made is seen but most of all heard! To the Jack that has always been great until today, this will be our last time consuming at any of your locations. What a nightmare!! Jack in the box located at...
Read moreIf I could put negative stars I definitely would. The customer service in this facility is absolutely atrocious. I went through the drive through with my husband (who is black) and grandmother and ordered 3 meals. As we pulled up to the window Tulsa never acknowledged my husband as he spoke to her and she looked right past him and only spoke to me who was not even speaking to her. Can we say racism? We went home to find out one of the orders were wrong. My husband went back to to get it corrected and had the window shut in his face and was told he needed to go back home and bring the wrong order back because he was at fault for not checking the receipt. #1 per health code protocols the facility is not to take the wrong order back due to a health code violation. However, the supervisor on shift Tulsa N., along with the rest of the facility do not understand proper customer service and obviously do not understand proper health code protocols. This continued to the point where the manager Liz had to be called at home from my husbands personal phone to continue to be questioned which this whole scene lasted more than 20 minutes. Honestly, I am writing this because I have never felt so disrespected and racially profiled. I do hope corporate will look into this situation and have it handled properly. If proof is needed, the whole encounter was recorded. Training needs to be done on all staff members if you plan on serving the public. Last I checked, getting food should not be so disrespectful and unprofessional. If I can find a way to post the video trust me I will and this facility will be tagged. Once again, I do hope someone takes...
Read moreTotally flabbergasted with my experience at this location. So my change was missing 4cents which is not much, but when this establishment purposely didn’t give me my correct change I questioned it and was told their establishment didn’t have pennies. I stated that instead of robbing the customers they should go over and take the lost. The manager told me that they were not taking a lost so it’s just 4 pennies I should get over it. I questioned that I was being robbed and no it’s no ok your doing this to every customer that’s robbery and I’m letting everyone know this is a multimillion dollar company. So people are out of work and still are patronizing this business we deserve to be treated fairly. And yes it was only 4 cents but it turned into principles and morals which this supervisor was definitely lacking. I chose not to make a bigger scene in drive thru I took my lost and drove away really feeling defeated. I felt so violated and disrespectful the supervisor clearly wanted to get a reaction out of me. Any other time I’ve would have made time for her. Jack in the box need to get this individual in check what you’re doing is against the law and she picked the wrong one. I’m seeing this all the way through. Anyone reading this and has had the same incident happen please file a complaint this is the only way a change...
