California Fish Grill — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I understand that they just opened recently. I have a few correction of errors for them. I have gone to the location on centennial and never had a problem actually it's really great up there. So my husband got fish and chips was it offered any tartar sauce and no offer of ketchup for the fries. I got clam chowder, it was watery with very little flavor. That was a complete disappointment because the other location it's amazing. Didn't get the crackers then a lady came by and asked if we wanted crackers. I had the sea bass, I've never had fish with skin left on it before that was a little disappointing I had to strip the skin off. When I walk down a man brought me to the register area to order and he was very pushy I felt like I had no time to actually look at the menu to see maybe I might want something else, in a hurry he was in a hurry. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a shrimp Caesar salad and got a box of plain lettuce with parmesan — no shrimp, no dressing, nothing. I also paid for a side of coconut shrimp, which was the only shrimp I received. I asked the front staff to double-check my order before leaving, and they told me it was fine. Spoiler: it wasn’t.

Tried calling the restaurant three times to fix it — no answer. I had to drive back during the last 10 minutes of my work break, and when I asked for a refund, the manager (who wasn’t wearing a name tag) threw the salad in the trash and told me I’d have to wait 5–7 business days for a refund to maybe get approved.

Also tried calling corporate. First call was picked up and left hanging while employees chatted in the background. The next two calls were declined immediately.

Unacceptable service from top to bottom. Paid full price for a meal I never got and was treated like it was no big...

1st time here. Walked in at 11am. Im standing in front of counter staring at the menu on the wall. No one greeted me. The person behind me said "your turn". I look on the counter. There's 2 self service kiosk. I was waiting for someone to take my order. Ordered my food. Kiosk has the nerve to ask me for a tip lmaoooo Ordered the rock fish with zucchini. Fish was good. Zucchini was not uniformly cooked. Some crunchy. Some overcooked. And bland. Also ordered the sweet potato fries as an add on for $2.50. Sweet potatoes were the best part. Wish they filled the bowl up with it. Thoughts: cheaper than any seafood restaurant for sustainable seafood. It got quite busy during lunch time so they need more kiosks or more help.
