BOBA KING — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I come to this store regularly with my colleagues for the convenience of proximity to our work but we might as well drive 5 minutes elsewhere for better service and quality of drinks. The first bad experience I’ve had was a male worker who stood up and audibly groaned the second my colleague and I walked into the store we took a while to read the menu but He immediately walked to the back of house then another employee came out to take our order (she was great and did nothing wrong) the male worker prepared our drinks and they tasted watered down, we usually like to stay and enjoy our drinks unfortunately we were in a rush so we had no time to have it corrected. During another visit the female worker with piercings was dismissive when I kindly asked my drink to be remade for yet another drink made incorrectly and insisted it was made right, it wasn’t my fault it was made incorrectly. NO BOBA. They also forgot to give me coins for the machines which we intended to play while waiting for our order but we didn’t want to disturb the flow of service. Most recently another female worker with short hair and several tattoos had a really off-putting demeanor toward us and spoke in a monotone voice when I asked for new recommendations and said “Thai tea I guess” even though that’s already my regular order, hence why I specifically said new recommendations but alright, great to know I get the best selling drink (when made correctly!) To make things worse and final for me, after completing our order she proceeded to tell me I couldn’t use the restroom even though I had just seen another customer come out, refused because “the restrooms were out of order” I was in complete disbelief. The service is terrible here and the drinks are never consistent either. I assumed that as regulars we would at the very least be treated welcomingly, unfortunately they want you to get your drinks and get out. 1...

Upon entering was greeted with great customer service. Was asked if we had any questions re: the menu. I did not as this is not my first time at the rodeo and I knew what I wanted. The menu is still in the works of new upgrades and additions so I will def be back to try more stuff. You order at the counter, pay, and wait for your order to be called - unless there isn't that many people and they will bring it out to you.

We opted for the Rose MT with pudding, Passionfruit Slush, and Honey Dew Melon MT. Can I say have you ever drank a rose? Well every location I have been to for Boba King has been consistent with their flavorings, and it continues at this newest location as well. It was wonderful. And that Honey Dew Melon was a liquid version of the fruit, so flavorful and not to sweet.

Interior is several table and chair arrangements. It is very Covid Evident in here, staff wearing masks, and tables spaced apart to ensure social distancing. Everything was very clean, and of course K-pop was playing so I was in my happy place.

Would def recommend - pricing is reasonable, and they offer 3 different sizes. I love that!!! Staff is very hospitable...

The girl with teal aqua color hair needs to quit or something because she was extremely rude and looked VERY unhappy working there, she kept glaring at my children for just being there. They were excited because of the hello kitty stuff in the claw machines and just get boba. I honestly think she's racist because she was just giving off a bad vibe towards my family, like if we were gonna steal something or do something bad but no. We just wanted to enjoy our 5 mins of sitting there with our bobas but she made me feel uncomfortable. She didn't even look at us nor smiled at all. Has no customer service to be working for a place to SERVE people. Never coming to this...
