Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in North Little Rock

We've been going to this cici's for many years. The last few times we've went in there, it has been going down hill.. My husband and I went in there tonight and I can say without doubt, it will be our last. From beginning to end, it just got worse. Noone working the front counter, when we did get waited on there was no clean plates, very little pasta and what was there was all dried and crusty along with the sauces. Make it around to the pizza area and there was maybe 15 slices on the entire bar. I move on to the salad. The manager was there trying to restock the salad bar. Not bothering to wipe it down or clean it in any way.I figured I would ask one of the people working there if they could make us a pizza. He said we are not taking any more orders tonight. It's a little after 8. They don't close till 10. I ask the manager if they were still taking orders being there was nothing on the bar. He says yes, it will be a little bit of a wait. Ok that's not a problem. I go ask the same person as before to take my order again he says no we're not taking any more orders. I told him that is not what your manager says. He turns around and tells the guy on the other side of the prep table. I guess we're still taking order. The guy say no we are not. My husband told them they needed to go talk to their management. By this time I was wanting to go. My husband wasn't having it. He said we paid for it. During all this the same one I have been talking to has his pants hanging off his rear end. All we see is bright blue underwear. Which by the way had been brought to the managements attention earlier. The only on I will give props to is the man who was trying to keep the place clean. He noticed when people were entering the restaurant and tried to get the other employees to do their job. He seemed more like a manager than the one with the title. Not to mention all the to go order they had screwed up and chef shuddle waited on their order probably 20+ minutes so wish we could post...

I ate at your establishment recently. I want to say this as best as I can and I'm not saying anything bad about the place, I'm just stating something that I noticed. Bathroom smelled bad and the toilet door was broken in the female toilets. Floor was sticky and some of the benches, tables were dirty. Need more employees there to probably sort of clean up the area. Food was not bad but I could have put some marshmallows in the Oreo cookie brownie. Price was a bit expensive for just three people, honestly. But I supposedly cuz that's the environment right now. I may eat here again but some improvements need to happen first before I would sit with somebody and just eat pizza but I did like the pasta though it was really good and see I would love to give you more stars but as I'm very noticeable about things. I like this place but I wish that they would get it fixed up and maybe put in some new tables. Make it more colorful because I felt so I was kind of a little bit sad about the atmosphere. I hope that this is helpful and I really would like to come again because the staff were okay.

I'll start off with the good. The pizza tasted okay and the pizza section of the buffet seemed relatively clean enough, although I've seen better safety standards at Golden Corral. Now the bad, everything else. Despite the sign on the door saying mask were required this rule was basically never followed by anyone. The drink machine was dirty, needed cleaning, and didn't even have any ice. The salad bar was a mess and had the tongs that everyone touches laying on top of the food. The different vegetables at the salad bar were also in each other's containers (ex. Mushrooms in the lettuce). The pasta var had zero pasta available as well. The tables were disgusting as well, I didn't see a single person wiping them down. They were also slow to even get the plates and trash off of dirty tables. I'm ashamed to have even paid to est here because we left shortly after because my girlfriend was too grossed out to est and I was just barely tolerating eating here because I had already paid.
