TCBY — Local services in North Little Rock

the frozen yogurt is so good and i love all the flavors. i hardly ever go get frozen yogurt but when i do i go to this place right here . the problem with that is when i do decide i want it , it’s an hour before they close. i can understand how frustrating it might be, while you’re cleaning up, to have 2 singular customers come in for 5 mins to get yogurt. Yet, every time i do walk in i don’t feel welcomed, nobody smiles and everyone behind the counter looks like they’d rather be anywhere else but there. they even went as far as locking the door as soon as i stepped out of the building, it was 9:35. as i was leaving, it was around 9:45 i noticed someone else pulled up to get yogurt, but was met with a locked door. their open sign still being lit up and still having 15 mins before they close. i work a 10 hour night shift 5 days a week at a 24 hour store where we never have time to just clean up, where i have to work around the many customers coming in and staying more than 5 mins. where i don’t have a scheduled break, where sometimes i don’t even get the chance to use the bathroom and still on top of that, i always have a smile on my face and make sure everyone feels welcomed. if you do not like your place of work, by all means LEAVE. otherwise, fake it til you make it because you’re gonna have to go back to tomorrow anyway. this place is so cute and so good, but can be ruined very quickly by...

Shocked! Just shocked. I have gone to this location for the last 5 years. For 3 years I went to the location every Friday. $6 a trip. Now, I pull in this evening and I’m stunned. I wanted to use the restroom from a long trip then order ice cream. The girl behind the counter tells me (5 pm.. worker) that I need to pay for my ice cream before I go in to the restroom. I said I’m not going to pay for something I haven’t decided on yet. She informs me I must pay for the ice cream before using the rest room. I literally have been on the road and need a bathroom and snack,,, I am not sure I will return. She was so rude then after finally ordering and paying for my ice cream ($6) she still wouldn’t let me in the restroom! 🤬😡. I give 1 star because tcby has great flavors! I am lactose intolerant, as are many people, but I still want that cup of cold, creamy deliciousness! This is my answer! After a doctor's appointment, or crazy traffic crossing the Arkansas River back to North Little Rock, I head for my special treatment at TCBY -- a large cup of White Chocolate Mousse!!! I sit down at one of the several tables or just a chair, and decompress for a few minutes, especially if the thermometer outside has reached Arkansas Broil in July and August!!
