The Mighty Crab (NLR) — Restaurant in North Little Rock

The service in NLR is horrible. We were seated immediately from a young gentleman who said he was the MOD but was dressed in jogging pants and a jacket that matched, was not very professional looking, at all. After being seated, we sat for almost 30 minutes before we were acknowledged by a waitress as several had walked by multiple times. The waitress said, have you been waited on? This is not my table but I have walked by several times and it appeared you had not been waited on. So, she took our drink order along with our order. We rec'd food in about 5 minutes or so. QUICK, you think. Opened bag, it was not our order. So, we sat again waiting for someone to come by. After about 7 minutes, the same MOD came by and explained, don't think this is our food. Of course, he kindly said, No. He took the food and immediately brought the correct food. THE crab legs were COLD and rubberish--the shrimp was ok-the lobster tail you couldn't even dig the meat out of the shell with the plastic fork they provided. We had a plastic fork, crab cracker, plastic gloves, and napkins. With all that rubberish mess you need--a bib, a real fork, and hand wipes. Couldn't even provide wipes to clean up. I have eaten at two other locations several times this years and never had a bad experience until now. That fear of getting your food to go really show how over looked we are even though we paying the same price as eating in.

So, when I called my order in the lady on the phone was nonchalant and before I can finish saying my order it was anything else everytime I took a pause. Made be forget to say what kind and spice level and she never even asked.

When I go there, there is no sign that says To-Go orders. So when I get to the counter I tell the lady my name and she tells me my order. I asked for her to tell me my order because I wanted to double check my order before paying. She slides me the ticket. The ticket doesnt even show me the type of style or the spice level. I then tell her this and she tells me.

Now dont get me wrong it was a few ladies that were sweet just listening to their conversation with customers.

Well the food was good, service not so much. First they charged a 18% gratituity because we had 6 people in our party. One of which was a 2 year old who only shared from out plate ( 2 french fries if that). Then when I ordered I asked for half pound shrimp and half pound calimari. I asked if I could have then two different flavors or if that would be an issue. Our server assured us it would be fine they would just come out in separate bags. Then when they bring it to our table I did not receive the potatoes and corn that is suppose to come with it. I asked the server if I could get it and she says well I didn't get it because of they way they wrote down the ticket two different kinds . I was like ok. They never offered to gemake it right and was just like I wrote it down wrong I still don't get it. Anyways didn't get a refill on our drinks until we were already through eating. Servers disappeared once our food was out and barely came by. They weren't even very busy only maybe 5 other tables of people.
