This is hands down the best hobby shop I’ve ever been too. The owners (husband and wife) are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They care more about your experience and satisfaction with your purchase than they do about the sale.

There not just trying to sell products, they want to build a relationship with the customer so they feel confident about there experience and want to return.

I live almost 3 hours away 30 minutes past Jonesboro, I bought a ARRMA Notorious and they gave me the wrong battery adapters by mistake. When I called they were so apologetic and agreed to let me exchange the ARRMA for the X-MAXX if I drove back tomorrow.

Guys most hobby store have a 100% no return policy under any circumstance. Keep in mind I did NOT open the ARRMA truck and run it then try to return, it was still brand new, but again most hobby stores will not let you return period. She told me she only made this one exception because I drove so far, and it there was a mistake made. The point is, they went above and beyond to help me.

The owners are local and wonderful people. They made such a positive impression on me they are guaranteed to have all my future business

I've never felt like more of a child. Yesterday, I went into Hobby Town with no idea that I'd not only be greeted kindly, but also leave with a bit of reclaimed childhood. The staff was more than willing to share their knowledge of rc toys and I was intrigued. So I chose the Arrma Grom model out of the plethora of good budget options they spoke to me about. I paid about $160 which isn't cheap especially since the few rc cars I've played with were like $20-40. Although, I cannot emphasize this enough, it was 100% worth it. It's water proof, fast, sturdy(note: it has a metal undercarriage) and gives you about 30mins to an hour of feeling like you're 3ft tall again. Also, this model doesn't come with headlights. I would like the thank Bryce, julie, Alex, Eric, Austin, Athena Ava and the rest of the Hobbytown family. They go out of their way to make make you feel like YOU'RE a part of the family aswell walking into those wonderful doors. They will go out of their way to help you with what you need and suggestions if you have a problem and will even take a look at you're items to help if you have a problem. If what you need isn't in stock they will try their best to order what you need and get it asap. I do not get customer service anywhere the same way I can get there.
