I used to work at Fazolis as an assistant manager back home, we moved to Arkansas 3 years ago. We visited today for Mother’s Day and expected the long wait in drive thru as the inside was incredibly full, after 15 min in drive thru they had the lady outside taking orders in driver thru so she took our order, we waited an additional 35 min to get to the window where payment was made pretty fast and food handed out the window just as fast! And had to wait for her to pour the drinks…we drove 28 min from home for this fazolis mother day dinner and get home and am missing food….kids each ordered 10 wings….in one package of 10 wings there was 6 and the other package of 10 wings was 7….to pay $10.99 for 10 wings is not a bad deal but to only get 6&7 wings was a big disappointment for my kids after an hour drive time there and back and the 50 min wait from entering the lot to exiting the lot…. I also ordered a chocolate cheesecake that was not in there either, I get mistakes are made in high traffic meal hours especially on a celebrated holiday such as Mother’s Day I just hope it can be corrected and that restaurant gets more ppl hired to help the drive thru times in general.
Otherwise the food was (once we reheated it) good! The broccoli could of been steamed more but what’s understood don’t need more explaining! Wish y’all the best of luck with...
Read moreI visited here twice within a couple days in order to try a few different things for this review. For the first meal I had their 10 piece traditional bbq wings, pepperoni pizza slice and breadsticks (which are complimentary if you dine in). The breadsticks were warm and pretty good actually. The wings were decent, but a tad overcooked. The pizza, to put it simply, is absolute garbage. It wasn't fresh and was a bit tough to even chew. Honestly the worst pizza I've had in the LR/NLR area. Totinos frozen pizza is miles better than this (yeah, the square one that costs like $1.50). On the second visit I sat in the drive thru for almost an hour (the dining room is only open from 5:30 to 9) and ordered the oven-baked classic sampler (fettuccine alfredo, lasagna and spaghetti & meatball). All 3 dishes were sub-par at best. I've had better frozen lasagnas (like Stouffers or Marie Callender) and the spaghetti had no meatballs. And their sauces definitely need some work. The only thing good about this place are the prices, which are cheaper than any other Italian place. The old saying of you get what you pay for most definitely applies here. I'll stick with The...
Read moreVery impressed! My family was very happy when we found out that there was going to be a Fazoli's near us! We tried to visit about two weeks after they opened, but there were still long lines and cars wrapped around the drive-thru so we decided to continue to wait. I feel it was definitely worth the wait! We ordered online takeout since we wasn't sure about the crowd. We selected the Super Family Meal with Drink. Our meal came with fettuccine alfredo, meat sauce spaghetti, large pepperoni pizza, half gallon of lemonade, and 16 bread sticks!! So Much Food!! Our food was ready when I arrived in a cubicle with the receipt attached. So happy I didn't have to wait and it was still hot. When I walked in, I noticed that it was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. The food was very good and definitely fulfilling (we had leftovers). The pizza was cheesey goodness and both pastas was great. I especially loved the Alfredo which was very flavorful! Last but not least, the bread sticks was buttery and soft. This Fazoli's will definitely be on our radar anytime we want great pasta, at an affordable...
