Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in North Little Rock

As promised we keep coming back! This is our family's favorite sandwich shop, and better than fast food by far! The only down side is that it is so far away from our home. However, N. Little Rock is far closer than their other stores are/were. We are grateful to have this one in NLR.

I went here with my wife. We really enjoyed our visit. The food was fresh and the meat was sliced right in front of us, unlike many of the other national chain sub shops.

The manager checked on us personally to ensure we were taken care of. All of the workers were smiling and appeared to be happy working there. This is a drastic and positive diffrence from other chains who just seem to want to get you through the line so they can get their money.

I was placing my order online and had a coupon.. so I called the store to verify how to use the coupon. The employee says “place your order and bring the coupon to the store and they’ll apply it.” I even verified that it was correct that I pay online and then they use the coupon once I arrive and he says “yes ma’am”. So I arrive to the store and give them my coupon. They say “you have to use this in store, we can’t take it now that you’ve already paid”. Needless to say I was very annoyed and even though I explained the situation and phone call, they did not accept my coupon and I was out $15. Being this was their error I felt I should have been reimbursed, but not wanting to cause a scene I just left. Beware when using coupons that you cannot use...

This was my first visit to Jersey Mike's, and will likely be my last. I ordered a pretty basic sandwich - a BLT, and it was so gross I couldn't even finish it. I threw the remainder in the trash. Bacon has a very skunky flavor to it when it's on the front end of going bad, but it isn't quite there yet. That is what they loaded onto my sandwich.
