I went to Mark's on the recommendation of a friend. I am glad that my friend mentioned and suggested it because their donuts are incredible. I ate my chocolate glazed donut before I even got out of the parking lot, hell it was before I even put the key in the ignition LOL. That donut was the lightest fluffiest best donut that I have had in years, maybe ever. Another thing that I was really pleased by is that I don't know what kind of atmosphere you would expect from a donut shop but I mean it's going to smell good pretty simplistic pretty straightforward but the sort of nostalgic feeling that you get from a good donut shop yeah you definitely get it at this place. The lady that helped me was very nice and I thought it was cute that she pointed out that the donuts were warm and yes they were which was another reason to love this place. Another great thing that I noticed is that where it seems like donut shops in Little Rock North Little Rock area nowadays are all just cookie cutter copies of each other however Mark's is not that way. Mark's is different they're not just the same old same old. The donuts of course are amazing but it's more than that it's got a good feel to it and also it's the kind of place that you want to patronize you want to spend your money at because you feel so good about it

Mark's Do-Nut Shop is located in the heart of North Little Rock, AR, aka "The NAWF." At arrival, parking may appear to be a scarce, but don't worry because and by the time you turn from the street into the lot, a satisfied customer will be pulling out. The inside is simple and clean. They seem to have a system that allows you to always get your donuts fresh and warm ☺️. They have the best cinnamon twist (just ask my staff), and the other choices are just as good. Another thing that's good is the anticipation... after your first visit, you'll come back anticipating that morning freshness with a perfect sweetness of happy 😊 If you're ever near North Little Rock (The NAWF) during breakfast hours, you won't regret putting Mark's Do-Nut Shop in your GPS and having a memorable experience.

Love/hate relationship with Mark's. They are by far the best donuts in the area, however even though they don't close until 11, if it's after 8 don't bother. Today at 8:20 on a Friday they had cinnamon rolls and jelly filled. That's it, no glazed, no chocolate. If it is was a one off I would understand, but we stopped trying to get from here because of this. Today was taking another shot, but just as expected they were out of everything. 2/10/23: Tried again at 8:30am on Friday. Out of everything but some miscellaneous jelly filled. I knew better than to even bother. 3/1/24: Tried again at 8:30 on Friday and confirmed I should not bother. See pictures for what they had.

My recent visit to Mark's Do-Nut Shop left me somewhat disheartened. Despite my eager anticipation, I was met with disappointment upon discovering their inventory had been completely depleted, contradicting earlier assurances a mere 30 minutes prior. Claiming they were fully stocked. This, coupled with an uncomfortable interaction with staff where two men suddenly stepped from the back of the shop and stared at my wife and me as we were trying to understand how they'd sold out so fast, tarnished the overall experience for good for us.

Conversely, I am delighted to share my glowing praise for The Cinnamon Creme Bakery in North Little Rock, AR. Their dedication to crafting exquisite donuts, baked multiple times a day, ensures each bite is a testament to freshness and indulgence. Beyond their divine donut selection, their cinnamon rolls are an absolute delight, showcasing a commitment to quality and flavor.

For those seeking a truly exceptional donut experience and impeccable service, I wholeheartedly recommend The Cinnamon Creme Bakery. Prepare to be enchanted by their culinary expertise and indulge in a memorable treat that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression. Your taste buds will thank you for the journey into this haven of delectable delights.

Maybe we will give Marks another try one day, maybe we won't. I'd just ask the staff here to treat ALL your customers with all the same respect. We didn't come there to spy on you or investigate you. We are genuine people looking to experience your establishment. We are new to Little Rock and want to experience the warm people of Little Rock Arkansas. Please consider that next time and try not to make your guests feel as if they just stepped into some bar out in the middle of no man's...
